Scammers and liers fake company set up by vaux spares and find_a_part on ebay to con you out of your money.

If you’re reading this. Unfortunately you got scammed like many others. The delivery company has been dissolved and so has the ebay listing. Was buying car parts.

eBAY scammers are using this service for the purpose of either saying it has been delivered or if its a return they never receive it so ebay cant issue a refund

Ordered a product which was massive in size. It was safely delivered on time with frequest tracking updates. Delivery driver was friendly and helped me move the item in. Overall, excellent experience.

Scammers have set up this fake courier company so they can add tracking details to their fake listing so it shows as delivered
Name the ebay sellers who are using it and the type of product
I got caught with vauxspares Ltd using this company they are linked scamming busineses

I 100% agree with all the 1 star reviews. Fake 2 delivery attempts - I work from home + checked my CCTV. Good luck getting through when trying to call - you get disconnected after 5th tone. Sadly, they've screwed over the eBay sender too. What's worse, this has cost my business weeks of lost earnings. Absolute shambles, don't use under any circumstances.

Bought an item from Ebay and 247 Express tracking they tried to deliver twice but claimed we were closed which is a lie as we are a large business and open everyday. I did manage to get hold of them on the phone after many attempts but they would just hang up if I questioned where my delivery was and I still dont know if it will ever arrive.

Ordered a part from Ebay and it was delivered on time and the package was all in good condition. I can see others have had issues on here but my experience was absolutely fine. Delivered on time and undamaged.

good luck getting your parcel, i had an item bought on ebay they claimed to have delivered the aprcel 3 times and still hadnt even been to my property, the custoemr service kept saying they parked up on the street oposite my home outside the school and come and knock on and they get no answer, my partner works from home and we have security dogs in the home (locked in the home) but they do alert us to anyone atempting to get in to our garden via the gates etc. this is all backed up by CCTV footage i ended up having to get ebay invloved to get a refund issued, the tracking info for my parcel still says they are atempting deliveries but nobody is home so god knows where they are actually trying to deliver the parcel to as it most certainly isnt the address on the parcel.

the seller on ebay got shifty with me after i kept asking them where the parcel was and then they finally gave me the tracking info to show we wernt in and then ebay finally got involved and arranged a refund to me for the item.

if you have a parcel coming via this company good luck in ever receiving it as they have made up delivery depots and drivers from my experience as i even offered to visit their depot to get the parts as they were needed urgently for my car and they just kept saying public cant visit.

What a pile of garbage no drop off points and no one answers there phone

2 fake deliveries. Tried ringing them multiple times over 2 days no answer. Tried emailing, no reply! Says there's a local depot, tried goggling can't find it.

2 fake delivery attempts, confirmed by my CCTV that they were never here. Look at their website, fake people listed as staff. 2 directors on companies house not mentioned on the site at all. Absolute scam

Never came and want to charge me £72 to resend or collect from a depo not for a weeks time though. Feel conned.should not be in business.

My experience with 247 Express is an example of how a company can do whatever possible to correct their mistake. I ordered a large quantity of fabric from a third party who used 247 express as their courier. One of my 10 boxes was not delivered at first but the customer support managed to make contact with the driver within an hour and I got my parcel early next morning.

Lied about the first initial delivery attempts, they lied about re-delivery after they confirmed they would deliver 3 times. Once I was fed up with delivery attempts I tried to contact them to just pick it up from their depot however 2 weeks of 60+ calls, 2 emails, 1 website message I haven't had a response on the. Even if you look on their website the pictures used for the "Meet the Team" section are stock images used on countless other websites

Absolutely awfull company avoid do not use !! Parcel has been sent but not turned up no collection information, no calls or email answered terrible!

Bought an item off eBay on 30/04/2024, seller used this delivery company. Big mistake! Item never got delivered. Finally got tracking info from seller after eBay got involved. EBay won't refund me because 247express claim that they have attempted to deliver on a few occasions. This is a blatant lie. I checked the alleged dates and, not only was I home, but so was my husband as he had been working from home. Please note that we also have a dog who goes into a barking frenzy when anyone comes near our door, so we definitely would've known if they had tried to deliver. Also, my neighbour's CCTV covers the end of my driveway, so he has checked, and no-one had tried to deliver anything to our house. No card posted to state that delivery had been attempted... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! So no way of contacting them, apart from using their "contact us" option on their website... seriously don't waste your time! I used it twice and they didn't bother to get back in touch with me. So I can't arrange redelivery and am now out of pocket. If you buy anything online, I would recommend that you ask the seller which delivery company they use, because if it's this one, then I would look elsewhere for the same product. 247express shouldn't be allowed to operate. There's bad, then there's this!

This company doesn't even attempt to deliver, lies about it, provides no means to contact them, and have zero customer service.

If I could've given zero stars, then I would have! Absolutely diabolical company! Avoid at all costs.
