An utter scam of a company, offer said bet 20 get a £40 free bet, you dont.. I emailed asking where it was, they said they are part of a group and because I used an offer with a DIFFERENT company but same group I don't qualify, that's fraudulent advertising, it's not marked anywhere they are the same as other sites nor are they making it known that's the case either,if the same why do I need to reregister.. Do not play on here. They won't pay you out. I played on their sports book and won and they claimed I was part of a group, then that I broke their T&C, and then after that I was using a VPN. Complete garbage.

Scammers, pure and simple. The 'welcome' offer of £50 sports free bets when you bet £20 just isn't real. I bet £20 and they added a £20 bonus for the casino?? Honestly the worst betting site I have ever used. The live chat keeps on glitching on and off so it’s hard to contact them. When I first deposited it gave me a casino bonus instead of a sports bonus and when I did finally contact them they said I should still get the sports after I had bet. Well I did my bet loses and I still haven’t received the bonus. The support is almost impossible to reach.

I deposited £20 as instructed by their sign up bonus advert and should've received a £50 free sports bet. Instead I received a useless £20 casino bonus which had to be played through 50 times so was essentially impossible to make a profit from as (I later discovered after playing it for ages) even roulette doesn't count towards the total staked, only boring slot machine games where the odds are massively against the player. I got so fed up after 2 hours of playing games I didn't want to play that I cancelled the bonus rather than play it out further. My £20 initial bet won turning a small profit and instead of instantly depositing the money in your bank account like every other site they are holding onto it pending verification even though they have already accepted my passport as ID. Even if I see my money again the site is so badly designed and hard to use and the payments are so slow that I will never consider using them again. I wish I never placed that bet and left the money in my bank account rather than wasting hours of my time trying to see an hour's pay again.

Absolute joke of a company, I've no idea how they ever got a licence. Lie after lie after lie is all the done, customer service a complete joke, god help u if u have to deal with ben or simona. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at 21LuckyBet. After making some profits, they requested unusual documents for verification. I provided everything promptly, yet my verification remains pending with no updates.

Despite reaching out daily via live chat and email, I have been completely ignored by their customer support. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially since my funds are being held without any justification.

Wish I had read the reviews. I deposited £70 around 3 hours ago. Placed a bet which returned £110. It was settled immediately. i then place another to return £300… the tennis match finished and the bet was a winner, however this bet hasn’t been settled for over three hours.

I’ve contacted live chat who say that it will take 72 hours to settle. Completely unacceptable. No phone number. Starting to think the whole thing is a scam.

Just avoid!! I’ll be contacting the gambling commission

UPDATE: I’m currently being ignored by live chat 6 hours after the bet should’ve settled. Really disappointed and wish I hadn’t signed up and deposited. AVOID!!! I’ll be submitting a case via resolver to the gambling commission - suggest anyone else having issues does the same

UPDATE 2: 18 hours now of waiting for my bet to be settled. The bet was on the Davis Cup final - the biggest tennis match of the weekend. the Live Chat agent has told me they need 72 hours to determine the outcome of the match.

I then emailed their complaints ‘team’. I received an automated reply saying they have 8 weeks to respond.

I’m going to continue to contact and press them until this is resolved

24 hours in now and my bet has still to been settled. As mentioned it was a bet on the biggest tennis match of the day.

I was promised by live chat this morning that I would be resolved within 24 hours. His colleague now says that it will be at least 72 hours from when I submitted the complaint to him.

The worse case of fraud from a gambling commission approved site I’ve ever come across. I will be taking legal action.

Terrible experience with their bonuses. I received an email telling me that if I made a deposit of £100 and placed a bet on the Dortmund vs Real Madrid game I would receive a £50 free bet. I pressed the "deposit now" link that was in the email and made the £100 deposit. I have since been told that this deposit doesn't qualify as it was made in the "casino lobby" and not the "sports lobby". I'll remind you that I just pressed the link in their own email and made the deposit on the resulting landing page.

I've requested a withdrawal of my money but I will have to pay a 1% fee for the withdrawal. Absolute garbage

Quite clearly a scam operation. I entered an offer which required me to bet at odds of a minimum of 1.6 and at least a £100 bet. In return, I would receive a free £50 bet which would require 1x wagering. I did this and I was not awarded the bet. I contacted customer services and was informed that because my bet was at 1.8 odds I did not qualify. I said this was misleading and didn't follow the definition of 'minimum' odds. All I received back was a pasted message informing me on submitting a complaint. Evidently, this is a process well practiced by this business. I would avoid at all costs. I will be reporting this to the gambling commission if it is not resolved. I advise others who this company scams to do the same.
