SCAMMERS - please please stay away from this vile company - how Gambling commissioner has not shut this site down is beyond me. I played their £20 weekend bonus and wagered x 10 the winnings then won £3750 on gold blitz then within seconds by balance went to £20 and all bonus winnings went to £0 - the terms & conditions are not ethical and I will fight with every fibre in my being to get this site closed down - VILE VILE COMPANY

Avoid at all cost they should be shut down for fraud.
Happy to take your money but won't allow you to withdraw a penny.
If you had any sense do not waste your money on these frauds they withhold your money and tell you it's processed but you will never receive the funds they just will not verify you not matter what they ask from you

Worst casino I’ve had to deal with let me withdraw a few times, I’ve put money in totalling over 2 grand, tried to withdraw £300 which should have been in the. And within the day. I had to contact them to find out why it hasn’t been in then starting asking for every document under the sun, and got a bad attitude from the chat. Absolutely scammers. They had an offer bet £10 get £30 so I deposits £50 by mistake I uses £10 to pace the bet and withdraws £40 I get the £30 bet place it on football out if the 4 teams 2 have won and 2 are winning and guess what my bets gone.. reason because I withdrew my £40 out. I lost the bet and they basically told me where to go. And the bets wins £283 which I won't bet getting they will do anything to keep your money or to find ways to stop any promotion

Absolute scammers. Happily took my deposits. Withdrawal of £260 has been pending for 3 weeks now. Supplied all requested documents, they rejected them saying they aren't the originals (which they are!) going round in circles. Being ignored. I've jumped through every hoop. Deposited £65 they didn't have any issue taking the money out of my account but im trying to withdraw £53 and now they want to do all these checks that too for my account safety/money laundering. After noticing what's been going on for the last 11 days I think they are the ones who's laundering money. Money in fruiking. Com = £65 trying for money out from fruitking. Over a year playing here, only @ £20 per week mind you. Never withdrawn but I won a bit so I banked £160. They immediately shut my account and emailed me saying I’d breached their terms and conditions, and said it could be for any one of the following reasons

Duplicate account
Registered with a sister site
Family member at same address has an account

NONE of those are true at all! But you can’t do anything about it, except report them to the gambling commission (UKGC)

Most rubbish site every takes a stupid fee off you when you deposit and withdraw and also gives bonuses but can’t with draw from bonus funds but the site never pays out unless your playing with bonus funds and then you can’t withdraw anything so avoid this rubbish site it needs closing down at least tombola, virgin bet, betfair and Ladbrokes give bonuses and let you withdraw from the bonus funds regardless if you deposited so yeah defo avoid this shit site

I have exhausted most sign up offers so regularly keep an eye on free bet websites for something new to try.
This sign up offer was appealing. After signing up I verified my account, this was a bit fiddly and took a few days, but once verified I deposited and was credited £30.
I lost this but then was drawn to another offer - bet £10 using a code and get another £30 free. I did £30 on a 9/1 horse which won. I then saw I had to wager the £240 1x and the maximum conversion was £200. I played this safely and ended up with a £200 balance. I withdrew this via Apple Pay and the money was in my bank within 2 hours.
The website isn’t as refined as others and was a bit fiddly to navigate but I can not fault the offers and how quickly I was paid. I was nervous at reading other reviews while awaiting my payout - however I have no bad experience and I can only put the negative reviews down to people not reading the terms and generally not knowing anything about betting and verification processes.

I joined FruityKing.co.uk to take advantage of their advertised welcome offer: deposit and bet £10, get £30 in free bets. I followed all the steps — registered, deposited, and placed my bet — only to be told afterwards that I wasn't eligible because I had supposedly signed up to a "sister site" years ago (which I don’t even recall and was never informed about).

This disqualification was never mentioned during registration, in any of the numerous promotional emails they sent me (which explicitly claimed my bonus was "waiting for me"), or on the offer’s landing page. Only after I'd placed my bet and lost my money was I told that I was ineligible due to some buried clause about a wider "ProgressPlay network".

This is deeply misleading and legally questionable under UK consumer law. Companies like this rely on vague fine print and hope customers won’t challenge them. Terms that disqualify customers must be clearly disclosed and prominently explained, especially when real money is involved.

I raised a formal complaint, citing UK legal principles and case law (like Thornton v Shoe Lane and Interfoto v Stiletto) and was simply brushed off. They offered no evidence of any prior account or meaningful explanation, and no attempt to resolve the issue fairly.

I have since reported FruityKing and the ProgressPlay group to the UK Gambling Commission and the Advertising Standards Authority for misleading advertising and unfair promotional practices.

⚠️ Avoid this site and any casinos operated under the ProgressPlay network — they seem more interested in catching people out than treating customers fairly.

I have to speak up for this site because it has such shocking reviews ...I read them but decided to go with them anyway and try them,firstly I won a great amount of £1500 maybe a bit over and really enjoyed playing all the great games they have ..I decided to withdraw £200 and i was told it was going through then the awful news that people were saying happened happened ( only it wasn't like people made out at all) as soon as I gave a doc they required money was paid straight away and I have to say the staff are fantastic and so helpful friendly and professional...I can't wait to get back on and if you are thinking about joining Fruity king then I can't recommend them highly enough and I know you will have as good a time as I do ..

Won, got paid the cash as bonus money, withdrew original funds that were never received & the bonus funds just completely disappeared. Absolute scam! Shouldn't be allowed to operate - shocking that sites like odds checker endorse these sites on their website

I placed a qualifying bet within the required timeframe of 7 days as advertised and won. However, the £145 bonus funds were never added to my account.

This meant that I am Owed £145! But they refused to pay... I have sent multiple emails but all ignored.

After reading up on this company this is all common practice.

I have been using this site for a while deposit £10 from my new phone number which fruity king were happy to take....won £70 and now I need to prove who I am I have been trying for over 20 hours customer service are terrible still no money even though I jumped through there hoops....I told them they were stealing money and suddenly I'm being abusive so not use this site shockingly there still in business have reported to gambling commission
