Very fast and professional!
They were a few months ago and they changed the handle of my washing machine, it broke down again and they came and changed the handle door under warranty, I didn't pay anything for the repair, Thanks Jack!

Freezer not working booked the engineer to come diagnose and repair , he spend 10 minutes checked the freezer fan and said it’s ok and left
The freezer still not working. And the company refused to recheck and insisted to book another call
They are con. Don’t waste your money

What a service!
I had my fridge not working when I called 1home service! Eduard came to my house and fix my fridge very quickly. Top professional service!

I had a washing machine that needed fixing. Eduard Dancuta came out to fix it. While he fixed the washing machine he did not connect the water pipes back correctly which cause a water leak. I texted Eduard who ignored me. When I texted he company for assistance they said they wouldn't come out and fix the connection issue and they don't deal with that. Despite the fact that they caused the connection issue. I have had to pay a further person t9 come out and fix it. The water has damaged my kitchen units.

I've also noticed that Eduard Dancuta who was the person who did the work has left a review for his own Company. I would not use them again. They fix one problem and cause another and its cost be double to fix it.

I had a very good experience with 1homeservice Repairs. Friendly, professional service. Also very competitive pricing versus larger companies. EDUARD, the repair engineer arrived promptly, same day and had my washing machine up and running in no time (about 30min). EDUARD tidied up after themselves and talked me through how to avoid needing a repair again.
Would highly recommend if you're looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, efficient and competitive service.

Gross overcharging on a part as another reviewer experienced. Was quoted £98 for a replacement handle. Paid for the callout but am going with another company who quoted £12 for the part. The other company are cheaper, even with an extra callout charge.

Edit in response to the reply: The replacement handle kit is £38 from the manufacturer's website
(can't post link, but it's Zanussi part 4055186631), so £98 is definitely overcharging. It is the correct kit for my ZKG7169 machine, though a handle without the rest of the kit would be even cheaper.

Came next day to repair washing machine handle that had snapped. I wrote on notes that was the issue. Turned up with no part, said he would have to order part 3-4 days at a cost of £98 total cost to fix a plastic door handle £198 so I declined as I can buy a new washing machine at that price. Was charged £70 anyway when all he did was open the door not fix it like it says on their website. I would not recommend.

What a service! The engineer found the defect on my washing machine very quick. He fix that promptly and for a god price! Highly recommended! 5 stars service

Edward came on time, knew exactly what was wrong, and defrosted my fridge freezer. It was yesterday morning and now it’s working. Charged what they said they would, and after care is great.

Company was quick to come , once guy came he said fridge needed gas refill so price went up to £188, lady on the phone kept saying they can do it but no warranty i went ahead with the job as i have young kids and expecting too. He came on monday afternoon and by the end of the day it seemed to work. Wednesday today and fridge is not working again!!!! Its a joke. I dont know what he did and if the job was done properly but it lasted a day!!!!

Confirmed a time of 4pm - 7pm. Didn't receive confirmation. Called up and was contacted via whatsapp to say they could no longer do the time due to engineers being over worked.

They tried to organise a time the next day to arrive 30mins before I needed to work. I requested they come earlier to have enough time to fix my washing machine and was told "the call out would only take 30 mins".

It's clear they wanted to charge a call out fee instead of actually fixing my washing machine.

Read the reviews and decided to cancel.

Got an engineer to come and have a look at my washing machine, was told that it would cost 180 to fix, and £90 just for the part. I refused there help and decided to see if i could find an alternative fix. When i checked for the parts online i could see that it cost only £8, and is a relatively easy fix i could do on my own. This company will fleece you, avoid.
