I ordered dinner napkins from 123 Print and initially wasn’t sure if it was the right decision based on a few reviews I had read. However, I received nothing but stellar customer service from Brandy, who patiently supported me through the technology challenges I faced while setting up my image correctly.

The print shop did an exceptional job transferring the picture I sent onto the napkins, truly making my occasion special. I mentioned to Brandy that the reviews I had read were not great, but that after receiving my napkins, I would be sure to leave a review.

Fast, no second guesses.

The print quality and card stock were excellent. My only recommendation is to add identifiers for individual jobs within a combined order. I received two boxes of rack cards with different QR codes that looked the same, and without any packaging or documentation, it was impossible to tell which was which.

After receiving misaligned magnet they were quick to correct the issue so I can hand out the correct item. My biggest advice is make sure you asked got a proof to verify the product is what you want. This was my second time ordering and I was pleased the first time, then disappointed on what I initially received the second time. But the customer service on solving the issue and quick reship was fantastic.

Cards actually came about 4 days earlier than promised. Even though I just got the standard cards they far exceeded what I thought I might receive. I provided them to our group and they were very pleased.

I was disappointed with the “supervisor’s” response to my complaint. The proof for the envelope I had 123Print print did not show any target points. The envelopes did. What the supervisor saw on his screen was not on mine, namely “print safe area.” I believe the envelopes were poorly printed. He disagreed and said it was my fault for not expanding the size. I did expand the size to where the targets were not on the proof. How was I going to assume they would be on the envelope even though they were not on the proof before printing?

The order process was extremely easy and the cards arrived faster than I expected! They were well-packed and exactly how I had been expecting them to look. I'll happily reorder when I need more!

This is my 3rd time ordering from 123 Print for return address labels. They are great. My only complaint is that as a return customer, you get a code for a discount of your next order. I only need return address labels maybe every 3-4 years (I buy 500) and by the time I go to reorder, the code is always expired. There should be a discount for return users.

Express delivery and order was correct. Will ne using this company for future projects

The ordering process was simple. We received the labels quickly. However, we were disappointed that the print on the labels were extremely light and hard to read. Needed to be darker.
