Love that you can upload your own design and it's pretty easy to edit and resize your image for your business cards.

I made a custom business card that is amazing and so easy to make.

I'm a magician and need the cards to slide smoothly when I spread them, like playing cards. I ordered a sample pack and found a cardstock that worked the way I needed.

Unfortunately, when my cards arrived, they wouldn't slide at all. It was like trying to move pieces of sandpaper.

I reached out to 123Print customer service and told them that what they supplied was nothing like the sample kit. As a resolution, they said that I was stuck with the cards I had, but they would give me a discount if I ordered something else. This, on its face, is totally absurd.

The print on the cards is not as clear as they were the last time I ordered them. Nothing changed so the quality on this order was definitely sub-par.

I have been ordering my business cards for a long time from 123 print. Always good quality and quick shipping. Highly recommended

Easy to order. Delivered on time. Professionally designed and printed. Only wish I could get heavier paper for the cards. 30lb was the highest offered. Unless I can get heavier paper for my cards, I most likely will not order again.

Great Software Support quality and result highly recommend

It was difficult to get to the print ready state, and there was no way to tell whether my upgraded art met "minimum standards". Support was responsive, but I would have liked a little more advice/help on quality standards. Also, even after the art tribulations were "resolved" by me taking a chance and just approving it, that shipping took a long time. That could have been on the USPS, I don't know. All in all, I am happy with my cards though, and would probably use 123Print again, but with a little more knowledge on my side.

Fantastic customer support. My initial file contained a logo that was too small or too low res. The art department was patient with me as I submitted at least two more attempts to get it right (my error, not theirs) and the final result is beautiful.

Production and shipping were relatively quick. The quality of the napkin was great. I only wish there was a better preview option before I submitted my order. The coloring of the subject in my photo blends too much with the background. I would have chosen another photo to upload. Oh well.
