Absolutely no complaints and I would highly recommend to anyone considering using them. I only ordered the golf bag on Friday 11th and arrived Monday dinnertime (glad I didn't pay the extra for guaranteed delivery as it arrived as quick anyhow) The bag was just what I wanted and was between £50 and £10 cheaper than anywhere else! I am sure they will be my first point of contact for future purchases.

Good range of golf equipment at competitive prices. They have some good deals. Delivery free if you spend over £75, which is very quick. I would shop there again.

i made an order for two items the same day.i came and up till now I have not seen the second item.I am really dissapointed

The price was what attracted me to 118golf. I looked at the delivery time - 5 to 7 days - and was a bit disappointed. However. They post it the next day and give you a tracking number with UPS as well. Next day and my clubs are here. Superb. I ordered on the Wednesday and they came on the Friday and that was technically the worst, and cheapest, delivery service on offer! Clubs came just as expected and now looking forward to playing better golf.

Very good all round - ordering system was good, and my products were delivered next day as requested. I wasn't in at the time, but they also use UPS for deliveries - they left it at a designated shop only a couple of hundred metres away so picking it up was easy.

I bought 6 taylor made gloves, special deal for the weekend. They arrives in one day and are excellent value, 6 for £42 for gloves advertised £11.95 on other shops

Ordered the Galvin Green top and it arrived next day perfectly packaged-can't fault the service.

If you want a company to take your young sons pocket money for a present for his dad and then never actually send you anything, then order from these clowns. All emails ignored, now having to raise a claim with paypal to try and recover the funds. AVOID. These guys are clearly fixing their own 'good' reviews on here.

Ordered a Scotty Cameron newport 2, black mist, according to their web. What I got 10 days later was a Scotty? In silver finish and the original scotty plastic bag seal was open. I actually Dont know if its a real scotty or a copy. What i know is that I havent got the product I ordered and they Dont answer my emails.
Very bad experience, I regret that id isnt pay a few pounds more from a serious company.

Never ever 118Golf again!!!

Would never use these again or recommend to a friend. Ordered a pair of shoes two weeks ago and the problems started there. Basket applied the incorrect postage charge but seeing as I ordered out of trading hours I thought I'd email them the following day to ask for a quicker delivery to the 5-7 days quoted seeing as I paid more. Never got a reply to the email. Chased the order with a phone call after about a week of ordering and was told that they were due to be despatched the following day. Queried the delivery charge and was told the higher amount was applied due to the 15% discount being applied. This was wrong as the incorrect charge was in the basket before I applied the code. They did however agree to refund the full postage due to error and time taken. When shoes finally arrived they were too small (can't blame them for that). I returned the goods for replacement using a next day service. I emailed again to advise I was returning for exchange and would appreciate a swift replacement, their site states they normally turn around returns within 24 hours. 5 days later and I have not heard a thing. It is rather amusing emailing these people as the email address is customer.services@118golf.co.uk, I don't think they even know what customer services is. Have sent another emailing but don't have much hope.

For the first time, shopping can be regarded as efficient,both in terms of
cost and time. gone are the days where a shopping trip took care of at least half of the day, with no certainty that you will find what you are looking for. 118 are a perfect example of of an efficient and quality concious supplier, and i am delighted with the service.

Good prices for the items I purchased and delivery was very prompt.

I had a 15% off discount code - the site isn't that site at checkout so I checked out without inputting the code - my fault but I email customer services within one mintue to see if they would deduct the discount or if not could I cancel the order, no reply, I emailed 3 times, no reply. Not impressed but the deliverly was on time and I really like the shoes I purchased. Hopefully they will allow me a credit note to use for the amount of money I over paid??????

Golf bag ordered, despatched and delivered without any problems. Would definitely recommend 118golf and will use again.
