i ordered a new driver on a sunday evening to take advantage of a 15 per cent discount
and forgot to enter the discount code,so I phoned the next morning and the gentleman said he would refund the discount and true to his word my bank statement has just arrived and there is a £34 credit. first class company to deal with & the driver is working as well.

In my previous post I wrote how 118 had let me, and themselves, down. Having posted the incorrect items and returns slip on Saturday I was not expecting the correct package for another few days. However, yesterrday evening I received an e-mail informing me that my orderhad been shipped. It arrived this morning. All is forgiven but, please, get rid of the numpty in despatch who doesn't know left from right!

I've used 118golf before, and was equally impressed with their service this time. I paid for standard delivery, but my trolley battery was delivered next day.

I placed my order on Sunday and delivery was quoted as 5-7 working days. I received my order 2 days later.

I have dealt with this company a few times before and have always received excellent service.

I ordered some golf balls from here as they had a good deal on the price. Took 3 days to get here, which was what I was expecting.
I will order from here again.

I ordered golf balls with an exspected delivery window of 4 to 5 working days and they were with me in two. The lake / refurbished balls look excellent and will no doubt wipe 20 shots off my score!!

Placed an order for some shoes that showed in stock on the website when placing the order. However then received a call to say the website was wrong and actually the size I wanted wasn't in stock and wouldn't be until mid July

Neither the club or balls have yet been tried or used so can not rate the product.
I ordered on line which was very easy and simple to do so well pleased.

Bought a new Taylor Made Mini Driver that I had been waiting for stocks to arrive at a very good price on sunday night in France (and also after receiving a tempting 118 promotion email) whilst on holiday. It was delivered to my house using my delivery instructions for leaving at my neighbour on tuesday. Service fantastic - well done.

Ordered the Callaway bundle deal for the X2 Hot driver and (free) Hybrid. They were priced the same as all the other online suppliers but put in the discount code offered and saved 15% - so £229.00 became £194.65. Delivery was free and ordered Monday evening, arrived Wednesday midday. Very impressed.

Ordered golf battery late Sunday and it wags delivered on the Tuesday.
