Again stupid enough to waste money on 10 motives disposible e cigarettes .l buy for some one else who is disabled. Unfortunately l seem unable to buy a replacement similar product.They either don't last long or don't work at all. Certainly not the good product it was a few years ago.This company is rubbish now.

Use tenmotives to get my juice every month.
Used to pay £30 for 20 utterly menthol cirro liquids and now your suddenly charging £48 for 16..... will be going elsewhere different brand if need be.

Rubbish products now...and more importantly rude staff!!

The menthol disposable product used to actually taste nice. If you get a decent one now it's a novelty and the menthol 'flavour' more often ranges from absent to notes of unwanted chemicals that can't be described in relation to anything that should be ingested.
That's without the not unexpected surprise of ones which don't work at all, yet on the company website naturally there isn't one review which is less than glowing.
Time to quit this company I've used for too long out of sentiment for past enjoyment when they could be bothered with quality control!

Wouldnt start from the box!

Nothing worse than trying to get off of cigarettes so you pick up one of these and it doesnt work! From the faint whiff of flavour i can taste it probably would have been really nice if it would have heated.

I get the disposables for my partner whose in care and they've gradually been getting worse culminating in a 3 out of 5 failure rate this week. Totally unacceptable. What happened to quality control? The manufacturer needs to get their act together and fast!!! Already looking for another brand.

I see people moaning but dam this place takes value for money to a whole new level! I find it impossible to find my vape juice in the shops, sub zero and its £4 a bottle when yoy do find it, normally sold out everywhere, found this place and got 10 for £15 which blew me away, was worried it was a scam and wouldn't come but landed today after 2 days and no issues at all! I highly recommend them and I will be using them again for sure!

I have been buying e liquid from 10 motives for a long while now and have had no problems but have been waiting for weeks now to put a order in of what I normally have and still nothing out of stock , out of stock very disappointed I'm looking to see if I can get them elsewhere , also I have noticed when you Google 10 motives it comes up in Chinese can't understand why ???

for every 8 pack i buy 3 never fit in the battery big loss at the cost of £15.20

AVOID - every time I buy one they are faulty. This is the third time in a row.

I've been using their utterly menthol vape for awhile now as the other menthol flavours just don't do it for me or taste disgusting. Buying them from co-op, due to covid I decided to just get straight from the website, which is cheaper overall.

Great delivery time, great flavour, great customer service. That's all I can ask for in a vape company.

We've used 10 motives for a couple of years or more and have noticed the drop in quality.
First it was the drop from 5 to 4 refills, then it was the reduction in the life of a refill.
I emailed them after buying a 10 box pack of refills and puffing through them in half the time we normally would, but did i get a response? No.
Very disappointing because they used to be good.

Eight days after taking my £30 order and it has still not been dispatched. I have spoken to their abysmal customer service and was told that as an apology they had sent my order by dpd next day and even had the audacity to give me a tracking number. When I tracked it, the order had not even been collected by dpd. And to add insult to injury I was told “have a wonderful evening”

I bought a disposable, it didnt work. Contacted their CS, who asked some questions then just stopped responding. It's only £6, but it's infuriating that a company can get away with poor service like this.

Avoiding to refund a faulty vaporiser that caused some injury and was returned in agreement with them? I don't think I have ever dealt with a company with a more appalling customer service.

Disgraceful - I just bought 2 of the menthol disposables at 6.30 each and one of them doesn't work AT ALL from NEW. And the other is hit & miss. This is disgusting, to charge that price and there are some out there that are duds. I'm absolutely fuming paying that money for nothing, AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I have been buying these for years. I haven't had problems until now. I bought the full pack just 18 days ago and now it won't charge up !!!! WHAT I S GOING ON????

Absolute rubbish! They used to be good.... now they dont last.... does not recharge!
Off to look for another model! I bought some from amazon... wondered if maybe fake! Buy them now from superdrug... just as bad!

Terrible terrible product and company. Literally scamming customers by a reduction in the liquid levels, increasing pricing etc. So many other products on the market. Pure arrogance.
