Same for us is too! We’ve loved the menthol flavour, but the last dozen boxes have been flavourless… this is so disappointing 😕

Why has the menthol changed? Will be switching brands

Thought it was just me. Used them for years the menthol is awful now, need to find something else 🤔

What has happened to the menthol cigarette they taste so bad not I will have to look elsewhere

Have used the blueberry cirro eliquid for years but the past 2 batches I ordered, the flavour, colour and bottle had completely changed. The taste is awful, the colour is a strange light pink and the bottle is trickier to use. Not happy. Have now got to find a new favourite brand grrrrrrr

New menthol flavour is awful, such a shame because the old one was the best. You're better with 88Vape at a quarter of the price.

So disappointing, the old one was so good.

After seeing so many negative reviews, I thought it fair to add balance and post some positivity by saying that 10 Motives have kept me off the cigarettes for the last 50 days.

I use their e-cig with the rechargeable battery and vape 16mg of regular tobacco. Previously I was smoking 40 cigarettes a day and now I go through 2 batteries and 1.5 to 2 refill cartridges a day.

Sure, there are more sophisticated and cheaper ways to vape, but for me, the 10 Motives e-cig is the perfect replacement to the cancer sticks. It looks and acts like a cigarette, which was important to me, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

50 days in and I’m healthier and saving a fortune (cartridge bargains can be found online if bought in bulk, folks). Please don’t change a thing, 10 Motives. As it stands you have changed my life.

Purchased a re-chargeable E-Cig. The charger works but the battery will not charge. NOT GOOD

We have used cirro utterly menthol for several years and wouldn't deviate from it by choice but the new 'improved ' e liquid is disgusting. It's doesn't taste of anything like menthol and its making my throat scratchy. Thankfully you can get the original version from the company in Swansea that made it in the UK. sales @lumoliquids.co.uk email them your order as paypal on the original c website isn't working well. Super customer service and they apply a 25% discount for online orders so cheaper too!

Possibly the worst vape oil I've ever used. Harsh on the throat, harsh to vape, terrible stuff, never again, would not recommend this product at all, only reason it got two stars was so people would know its a real review. Honestly, avoid this, for less money you can get better oils that actually vape decently and don't have the harsh taste you get from it, seriously, a terrible oil

Like others reviewing Cirro so called “upgrade”, I am very, very disappointed that they ruined the regular tobacco e-liquid. I have been using this for around 4 years now, and always recommended it to others, no more. Why change a very popular product by “degrading” it. The new version leaves a nasty burning type of acrid taste in the mouth.
IF IT WORKS, DON’T FIX IT

I used to enjoy the taste of Cirro Utterly Menthol but since the ratio changed to 50:50 it just tastes awful! There is no menthol flavour at all and so I have switched to Tablites Triple Menthol, which btw is an excellent alternative. It actually tastes like menthol (like Cirro used to). Their ratio is 80:20 like cirro used to be. It is actually a better alternative! Glad I found Tablites - Cirro is defintiely going in the bin never to be used again!

They have recently ‘upgraded’ the utterly menthol cirro vape liquid and it tastes awful! The flavour has gone and the ratio has changed! Gutted! Will have to look for another one!

Use cirro regular tobacco 6 mg. New blend is awful. Why did they change. Will have to look for another make. Shame been using this for 2 years but not liking the new Upgraded blend.

My partner bought one of these from Sainsbury’s today for the first time and it’s faulty, possibly dangerous. From the start it didn’t work properly and struggled to start giving vapour. Shortly after it began sizzling on its own and randomly lighting up whilst getting very hot. We decided to put it outside in case it caught fire.

Sainsbury’s not interested as it’s a consumable. 10 motives impossible to contact. Money literally wasted.

Could never recommend this product based on this.

Absolutely disgusting.. just tasted like burnt coil from start to finish.. which by the way stopped working after 30ish puffs !!

i really rated 10 Motives Menthol but now there are disgusting not sure what there have done but they taste vile looking now for another ecig can anyone recommend

Sadly I have to agree with so many of the reviews for 10 motives. From the time when menthol was awesome and you could get zero nicotine in the menthol packs and it tasted just like a mint, to then not being available anymore. This was because they stopped making them in China and stated making them here. What an absolute disaster. The cartomisers tasted differently, not as minty, a packet of 5 became 4 and the price has gone up. With no warning. They refill battery doesn't last nearly anywhere as long as they used to which is also a shame. The co pay itself if you buy direct from them are not even the cheapest. They are intact, one of the more expensive.
What is the point t of that? I just do the get it. Why don't they care that they are being rubbished all over the internet??? As a non smoker. I uave only caped and only this brand taste wise seems to be the better one. I uave tried alot of others and none of the menthol flavours are like theirs. Every other one i have tried always taste of tobacco which I do t like. Such a shame as I don't like what they are doing to their consumers but can't find another cherry or menthol taste that's better. I have trued to speak to them about this problem and they didn't care. Its fast becoming a fun habit I am not being able to afford.

Really gone downhill, more and more duds per pack, 50% I would say. Definitely switching brands now, I’m sick of their deception.
