Couldn't fault this place! First time going in a number of years, and from the start your greeted by the friendly receptionist, filled out my form and then was met by Dr Lawrence Nolan, who talked me through the processes, let me know we could stop at any time, and eased any anxieties I had! I was extremely nervous going in, but the way the staff treated me and the way the consultation went has left me positive about future treatments and experiences with them. Couldn't recommend enough! (They even gave a stress ball for my anxiety haha). Would give even more stars if I could!!!

It was my first visit
It was my first visit, so I was nervous. All of the staff, were exceptionally friendly and instantly put me at ease. They talked me through every stage, making it easier for me to make my decision and an action plan to be put in place.

Run efficiently and with gentle hearts…
As a former very nervous dental patient I now look forward to my appointments. The practice is run efficiently and with gentle hearts and kindness. Every effort is made to put me at ease. The rooms are calm and peaceful. The staff good natured, very competent and take time to explain each procedure. They are also very understanding of my husbands Alzheimer’s and make sure the room is calm and quiet when treating him.

Easy tooth extraction!
Took time throughout extraction to let me rest,kept me informed throughout what was happening, very relaxed atmosphere non adrenalin injections.no pounding heart or panic attack. Easiest extraction ever thankyou very much.

Always professional with a smile, the thing i like the most, bearing in mind its a dentist which means it's not a fun day out, is the whole staff make you feel like they care about you as a person, I've been a patient for 5 years and they always make me feel like I'm the most important person they've seen that day 10/10

Lovely dental practice
This is a lovely dental practice. Very professional and a friendly staff team, who put you at ease and seem genuinely happy in their work. The clinic is clean and bright and my dentist and his support staff are so reassuring. The overall atmosphere is relaxing and I would recommend this dental practice to anyone, particularly if you have a fear of dentists.

First Appointment
I went for my first appointment at WVDP yesterday and also my first dentist appointment in over 10 years.
The team made me feel very welcome and at ease and provide a brilliant person centered approach without any judgement.
I'm now booked in for future appointments and will certainly be making WVDP a regular visit to help look after my teeth!

Had a recent appointment with the hygienist and then with Tom, it all went very well. I knew I had chipped a tooth and Tom said it would be no problem to have filled. Yesterday Tom did the filling, and it all went very well. I have to say it is always a very pleasant experience visiting the dentist these days, long gone are the days of dread that used to accompany every visit. What a pity dentists were not like WVDP when I was a child, it would have made such a big difference to my outlook on dentists as a whole. I would have no reservations to recommend WVDP, as they really do care about you.

WVDP Person Centred and Affordable
I've been a patient at WVDP for a couple of years now. At every single appointment, Cath always remembers my name and I instantly feel that I'm valued and cared for. I visited my Hygienist Eva on Tuesday and I have to say that her approach, advice, support and her passion has vastly increased my dental health which I am truly appreciative of. Lawrence is my dentist and again, I am very grateful for the treatment and the advice he provides. Every visit that I have at WVDP is such a pleasure, which you may think is a strange thing to say about going to the Dentist LOL and that's because of the approach and the dedicated customer care that every member of staff provide. One last thing. I have a Denplan and, in these times when we are all seeing big price increases my Denplan increase in April was a complete surprise ....... it was raised by only £1 !!! What a welcome and very affordable surprise that was !!! I completely recommend WVDP if you are looking for a person centred approach and affordable team to support you with your dental health and treatment !!!

Amazing!
Wrinkle treatment to die for! I have recently moved to the Wirral and have been struggling to find somewhere I feel comfortable going for my Botox. I found Wallasey Village Dental Practice by accident really and I’m glad I did! For the past 5 years Botox and other makes have not worked on me at all. The staff here spent time with me and listened to my concerns. The wrinkle treatment worked a treat and I could not be happier!

This practice is fantastic. I‘ve just had a hygienist visit with Ewa who is very friendly, professional and approachable - she explains everything to me and advises me on which products to use. You feel valued by every member of staff and gone are the days of scary dental visits! A big thank you to everyone, you’re all so lovely.

Visits to the dentist is no longer something to dread
Lovely surroundings, lovely staff. Visiting the dentist is no longer something to dread! From walking through the door to leaving at the end of my visit, all the staff are warm & welcoming. I feel that my dentist & hygienist really care about the health of my teeth & my mouth. I cannot recommend this Practice enough.
