I ordered clothing and returned the items within their stated timeframe of 14 days. The return was delivered to their UK returns address and receipt was confirmed by the company via email

Despite compliance with the policy, I was refused a refund to my original payment method and was instead issued store credit

When I raised it directly, they refused to amend my refund, so I raised a chargeback with my bank. WRE then *changed their story* and claimed I had retained possession of the items, while concurrently emailing me threats of legal costs should I not withdraw my claim before an arbitrary date, recovery of costs and legal action

The chargeback has now been resolved in my favour.

I would not recommend engaging with this company, and if necessary review the returns process carefully, particularly for items marked as “final sale”, keeping all records

I had a really great experience with WRE Apparel’s customer service.
My order was significantly delayed due to shipping issues, and I had read negative Reviews on here before ordering, but the team handled the situation in such a kind and professional way. They were very responsive, offered a solution right away, and made sure everything was resolved smoothly.

What stood out the most was how accommodating and thoughtful they were throughout the whole process – it really made me feel valued as a customer.

In the end, I received my items without any further problems and I’m very happy with both the quality of the products and the service :)

I was a bit hesitant about ordering from Wre Apparel at first, especially spending that much on items I wasn’t sure would fit—but I’m really glad I took the chance. The quality is excellent, and everything fits perfectly.

Avoid! When you return things they only give you store credit, it’s a complete scam and the items are not great quality!

Items came super quick and packaged well. Very very happy with my items made of nice thick material and are perfect to wear to the gym and Pilates. Sizing is spot on as well.

Awful customer services. Ordered an item from this retailers Amazon shop, it was returned ages ago but they have been unresponsive about my refund. Amazon have even stepped in and given them 48 hours to respond, which they failed to do. I am now leaving this review and filing a dispute with my credit card company! Absolute scam or a company!

I was not sure what to think of WRE but wanted to try it out as their stuff looked really nice. Im impressed with the quality but what surprised me the most was the actual fit and cut of the products. I tried two collections ( Luxe Bare and Virtue ) and its safe to say, they are better than many other brands out there that you see all over IG. Im happy to have found WRE and supporting a small business owned and created by women.

Shocked about the quality for the price I paid.

Very thin material, expected a nice buttery soft touch and a bit thicker.
Returning for a refund.
