I have used WPeka Cookie Consent for a couple of years. Very easy to use, which is something that I value. The new platform gives even more options and ease of use. I had a bit of snag when upgrading, and thanks to the wonderful Support Team at WPeka it got sorted smoothly.

I appreciate the WP Legal Pages team for their generous support. They offered me a complete package at no cost, which was incredibly helpful and made my studies much easier. I am thankful for this team and all that they offer.

I have bought your plugins a few months ago and still can’t use them, I can’t even activate your plugin since I bought it,

Plugins are only causing more issues on my website , conflicting with other plugins, and every time I wait for their support team they come back with no answer

At the end they said you have to wait for plugin update to see your issue fixed

Now I have to wait for nothing and they closed my ticket without fixing my issue or telling me what to expect next

Why are you charging me subscription??????
To have an inactive plugin waiting for you to never come back and fix????????

Your plugins are a joke and your support team is a joke and you are all a joke.

how can I trust you to run my business??

It has taken weeks and still no resolution of issues with the display of HTML5 banners which we use across multiple platforms - after providing test locations, reiterating our urgency, etc. We have moved several sites to a competitor and are now seriously looking at moving all of our sites away. If you rely on HTML5 (vs static) ads... I wouldn't suggest this product until they get their issues resolved.

I've been using WPAdCenter Pro for 2 years now and am very pleased with the many capabilities it offers to create and place cusomized sponsored ads.

Their customer follow-up is very responsive, which is critical to our type of online business.

Aún no ha pasado el tiempo para el nuevo pago anual y mi tienda me informa que la clave API que me proporcionaron no funciona. El problema radica en que WPeka no responde a los correos para solucionar el problema.

Either the owners are scammers and thieves, or their website is breached and payment card details are leaked straight into wrong hands.

After I made an order for the Cookie Consent Pro subscription, not an hour later I started getting notices of payments made to Facebook that I had not authorized! Only because I had quick access to lock my payment card, I was able to stop them after only a few transfers, but the damage was already done.

They're NOT USING SECURE PAYMENT GATEWAYS! Do NOT fill their payment card form!

I used LegalPages for several years. It was easy to customize the pages with my own info and I felt confident using the customized pages.

I have now retired from running my website and thought that I canceled all my recurring subscriptions. Today I noticed a charge on my credit card from Wpeka. I emailed the support team asking them to cancel my subscription and refund the charge. A support ticket was automatically generated (as it is with most companies) AND they completed my request in less than 20 minutes! I am a pleased customer and will use them in the furure if I create another website.

I have been using WP Legal Pages: Easily Generate WordPress Privacy Pages for a while now. It has protected my website by providing the right legal pages for my site. It gives you a lot of options and writes the legal pages for you. I would recommend it for any website who seeks legal protection.

I have been a member of WPeka for several years. Their software is well-designed and works right out of the box. Their service is excellent.

WPeka would easily win a contest for the worst WordPress plugin company. After joining their monthly subscription plugin club and trying one of their plugins for over a month and a half, I had to remind their support team multiple times about unresolved technical issues. Even when they did respond, they failed to address the problem effectively. At one point, they claimed the issue was fixed and sent me a screenshot that clearly showed the plugin's failure, which I had to point out to them. It took another support team member to finally admit that the problem existed, as evident in their own screenshot.

The situation became so dire that I offered them full access to an entire site to fix their plugin, only for them to ultimately concede that they couldn't resolve the issues. They refunded the last two months of my subscription, which was the same amount of time it took them to acknowledge the shortcomings of their WP LocalPlus plugin. Additionally, they offered one of their plugins as compensation for the trouble I went through, which I declined due to my apprehension about touching another one of their plugins, let alone going through the entire ordeal again.

I have the WP legal page plugin for new website, it helps me a lot with complete template of all the legal contents which I am not familiar with. Also, when there was a problem, their support team reacted very fast and very supportive for all questions I had. Do recommend it for all the beginner of e-commerce.
