Great plugin! Easy to set up and works well. Support did a great job with some minor changes I couldn't figure out. Would highly recommend this plugin for privacy policy and cookies.

They were quick to respond with support. It was my ad blocker that was keeping it from working properly. I like how easy it is to update policy changes, and it is an excellent cookie banner.

Beyond the plugin, which has proven to be effective and perfectly suited to my news blog—and which should allow me to multiply my advertising revenue by 10 compared to AdSense—what I particularly appreciate is the support! In my search for a new cookie consent plugin and trying many, I found WPLP Compliance Platform. I started with the free version and had some trouble. The support was quick to respond and doing all they could to help fix the issue. In the end it was my Chrome Malwarebytes Browser Guard. Once it was disabled all worked perfectly. Support didn't stop there, I sent them Chrome inspect screenshots of the errors and they are actively working on a fix for that. I feel finally I found the BEST cookie consent plugin out there. Having a great plugin is one thing but having reliable, compassionate and knowledgeable support is what really puts WPLP Compliance Platform at the top of the list. Buy Pro, it is worth it! We are mainly using the Cookie Plugin for 10 domains and recently had an issue with our sites not displaying correctly anymore. It was most likely caused by a theme or plugin-update causing the WPeka Cookie Plugin to fail.
The support reaction was quick and before we needed to investigate more deeply the support desk already found the issue and a new version of the plugin was posted.

I found WPeka several years ago and it was the solution I'd been looking for. An excellent set of legal pages, easy to deploy and customize. Then I stepped away from websites for a while (years!). When I returned, needing up-to-date Legal Pages, the organization had made some major changes -- improvements -- and I had been oblivious to the developments. So I turned to WPeka Support. They were responsive, patient, and precise -- until the new system was in place and working well. Appreciated.

We've been in contact for months to implement improvements to their tool, and they've been responding promptly, eager to make progress. I'm sure that if they continue like this in the future, the tool will only get better.

I've been using their Cookie Consent and Legal Pages plugins for 3 years and both the plugins and their support team have been amazing.

The Cookie Consent plugin is super easy to use and saved me the hassle of figuring out how to be compliant with all the legislation around tracking etc.

Same with the Privacy Policy produced by the Legal Pages plugin. I had looked at some templates I can buy separate from a plugin, but decided to go with their plugin and am so glad. It made things easier with things like being able to select the newsletter provider and analytics trackers I use so I don't need to hunt down all of the information manually.

I don't know why people have had problems with their support team. I've run into a few issues here and there (including this week when the cookie scanner wasn't working for me) and they always resolved things reasonably quickly. Their plugins also get meaningful updates here and there.

Had an issue when the WPLegal Plugin when it was updated on my site. Alerted the WPkea Support Team and they resolved the issue quickly. I want to call out the Support Team's follow-up afterwards to ensure that things were working smoothly on my site. The "after fix follow-up" isn't something I find other companies doing well.

Using WP AdCenter Pro. Excellent product, super easy to set up but lots of features. Plus I had an installation issue that I knew was my problem with my server, and support was able to provide a solution very quickly anyway. Super happy.

Surveyfunnel support is an absolute disgrace... on initial install the product did not work...it took them 3 days to respond and the response was "what product are you referring to" 5 days later, they are telling me its my email is to blame. Terrible experience. I want a refund.
