I just had another great experience with Wowrun. I pretty much got carried through a mythic 10+ by one of the best groups I've ever had the privilege of being a part of. When we finished not only did I collect my 370 piece I was given another 370 piece from a group member. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Hello again. I can't find a group for you with 3 mail boosters for trade. We'll do a refund and you can pick just +5 mythic without trading if you want.
So basically got money back.
But the way i read this is like i get a free run for the inconvenience.
Since the word pick means same as choose.

Sir we tried to solve your problem(2 runs non ViP). You decide to do refund and we did it.
In the end they want me to pay for that non vip run.
For no garanteed loot no vip i think thats not what i signed up for.

very fast service 2 hours until reset, not an issue was the response from the team, I was in game being piloted within 5 mins to start and all done within an hour of me purchasing the service!
