Awesome experience. From the delivery, to the actual quality of the mattress. Top quality and incredible value. We bought this for our tween son, I’m now replacing everyone else’s mattresses because of how good this mattress is. Big big fan!

Have had our wow beds mattress for a few months now, we opted for the medium firm one. Both hubby and I absolutely love it.
You wouldn’t even know there are springs, it’s like sleeping on a cloud.

I am extremely disappointed with WowBeds. We purchased a new mattress from them, but it is far too firm for us and has been causing sore backs and poor sleep.
After contacting WowBeds about the issue, they initially responded and said they would arrange a swap for a softer option. However, since that message we have heard nothing further. They are not responding to emails or phone calls, despite the fact that I have been calling daily.
At this point, I feel completely ignored as a customer. Based on my experience, I would strongly urge others to consider purchasing from another company. WowBeds has not followed through on what they promised on their website, and the lack of communication has been extremely frustrating.
Very unhappy with the service and support. Stay away from this company!

I placed an order (WOW4949) on 17 January for a Medium Firm mattress and have still not received it.

Tracking has shown “awaiting carrier pickup” since 19 January in Wetherill Park, NSW. After multiple phone calls and emails with no response, I was finally informed on February 22nd 5 weeks later that the mattress is actually out of stock until mid April something that was never communicated proactively.

I have requested either immediate dispatch of an in stock alternative or a full refund, but I am still waiting for a response.

The lack of communication and transparency has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise to be aware as they have no responded to any calls or multiple emails. I now need to go through how i paid to get my money back.

I recently purchased a new bed from you, and I am very disappointed with the comfort and support of the mattress, i thought it would be far softer than this.

Since using it, I have been waking up with numbness in my legs, no matter how long I sleep. The mattress feels extremely hard and not soft or supportive as expected. This has significantly affected the quality of my sleep and overall comfort.

I purchased this bed expecting proper support and comfort, but unfortunately, it has not met those expectations. I would appreciate it if you could advise on the available options, whether that be an exchange, return, or another suitable solution.

Please let me know how we can resolve this matter as soon as possible.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Wowbeds.
I am currently within the advertised 120‑night comfort trial period and requested a return and refund because the mattress does not meet my comfort requirements. Despite this, I have received no response or instructions on how to proceed.
I have attempted to contact Wowbeds multiple times via email on several dates and by phone on multiple occasions, but have not received a single response. This lack of communication has been ongoing despite clear reference to their own “120 Night Comfort Guarantee”.
As a customer, I expected a basic level of support and acknowledgment, especially for a refund request made within the trial period. Unfortunately, the complete absence of response has left me with no option but to escalate the matter further.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Wowbeds due to poor customer service and failure to engage regarding a legitimate refund request.

Been sleeping on the new mattress for a while now - found it a bit hard the first few nights, but it has settled and quite comfortable now. A bit high for my needs (I have a high base - and now it is harder to sit on the side of the bed without feeling I am going to fall off) - I am rather short.
