Purchased 140cm square dining table. It was everything as promised. Craftsmanship design and colour. Ordering was easy. Davino advised proposed delivery upon dispatch. Private drivers out of Sydney so no updates. Received confirmation of delivery day before. So glad we did!

Th piece of furniture is lovely, it’s good quality and looks nice. I was disappointed with the freighting as it took a long time and had no tracking.

Lovely furniture, poor tracking options
The furniture is lovely and well made. It did arrive quite quickly but my only point of contention is the lack of communication as to when it was arriving and you can't track it. I was also prompted to provide a review before I had the furniture and before I knew when it was arriving.

Do not purchase from these scammers
Ive been ignored since August for a collapsing recliner. They ignored me until I lodged woth Kogan and am going through the dept of fair trading and the ACCC this week. I am also seeking legal advice for full compensation of their negligence.
And now they are coming on here to make it look like they care and are actually doing anything but trying to disclaim my warranty. And now both ends have collapsed!!

Not off to a great start.
Firstly I never received any notification of when my item was being delivered. It just arrived on my doorstep just as I was on my way out.
When the delivery man removed the item from his vehicle the box was severely damaged. When I unboxed the item it was also damaged and was not as pictured on the website. The image on the website had timber legs which matched the timber trim of the sofa bed and instead it had black metal legs. I specifically ordered it as it closely matched my existing sofa.
After I contacted Davina Furniture all they offered was a $50 refund for compensation as they deemed the damage minimal and suggested that I might glue the damaged area and as for the different legs they said that they had received a new batch of the sofas with an updated metal leg and that the photo hadn’t been updated, which isn’t really my problem. Although now it is.
