These trees are absolutely gorgeous!! We got the Berkshire Mountain Fir, can’t wait to have it fully decorated at Christmas!! Delivery was fast too!

I've been waiting a while for the right time (reads: Black Friday SALE) to purchase a tree from Balsam Hill. Yes, they are pricier than your standard tree, but goodness me, it was so worth it. The site is easy to navigate and make your selection depending on your desired tree type, height and light options. Checkout and delivery were quick for the time of year and putting the tree together was straightforward. I'm very happy with my purchase.

It was a terrible experience received it just before Xmas . First one I ordered was canceled and money back into my account no reason why or why that happened .I called to see why and was told no more of the size I ordered .so i ordered a new one and received it just before Xmas so didn’t put it up . When you spend so much on a tree you expect a phone call or more info where the tree is .So my experience was not good I have saved to purchase your trees for
years because I couldn’t afford it and wanted a tree that would last years but my experience from excitement went to dissappointment.

The package was delivered to incorrect address which was not Balsam Hill’s fault, it was the courier company fault, but because my phone number was on the sticker the recipient was able to contact me.

I received a tree that was faulty. I had to pay the freight to send it back. I thought that was poor customer service no fault of mine that it didn't work. I was challenged also with the idea that I was wrong and Balsam Hill were right tree not faulty at all. The appearance of the tree vastly differed to the photos. The trees were made in China which I was unaware of.

The tree is beautiful!
Noticed when taking down the tree a screw is missing and a branch slightly out of place. Only just discovered this so haven’t contacted balsam hill about it. Hopefully they will be helpful.
Strange delivery email saying “someone sent you a gift”. It’s not a gift unless it was free or someone else paid for it so felt insulting especially as they are pricey trees.

Easy to order, pricing was excellent - better than usual - brilliant product - love it so much!

Whilst the tree is a little expensive, even at half price, it is full and lush when fluffed out, and it fits perfectly into it's solid, well designed base. The prelit lights, are evenly spaced and the wire is hidden well. The colour of the lights, suit the white tree beautifully.
I would have liked another row of branches on the bottom, to hide the base, as it is seems to stand out like a feature.
I'm very happy, the tree is beautiful, and it was a dream to fluff.
Delivery being included, is a bonus, as well as the heavy duty tree bag, 2 sets of small and medium gloves, and the tool kit with the quality instructions manual. Everything has been thoughtfully included and beautifully done, right down to the thick monogrammed ribbon, tied around each section of the tree.
The quality of Balsam Hill was the standout feature.
