Awful Customer service
The product works although oil seems to leak and it is difficult to separate the attachments.
The main issue I have had is registering the product for warranty. I tried to call their customer services team and had to hold on twice for 20 minutes so gave up. I emailed and had a reply from 'Olie' but a very non care attitude I felt. I would never buy Worx again.
Battery life good - tools not quite up to the job - website hopeless.
I've now got 4 Worx items that run off the battery packs and generally am happy with the battery life, however, I do find the tools, especially the hedge trimmers (extending and small) to be a bit limited in their execution which makes for hard work. Also - trying to use the website is just painful - no excuse for such a poor, slow website nowadays Worx!

Terrible company. Mower stopped working after few months. Have sent many emails over last six months and get no reply. They refuse to even communicate. What can I do? Awful!
Really poor customer service to date
Really poor customer service to date - Order process was fine but on arrival the equipment was faulty, No phone number seemingly available which is fine if their web channel was responsive. No response to original or subsequent chase on how i seek a replacement. All of this is forcing me to seek a refund as they are not responding. If i had bought via Amazon would have a full refund or replacement by now!!

Avoid using Worx
Customer Service is a joke.Been unable to use a strimmer that I purchased in July because of a faulty charger.Twice sent new batteries instead of charger.Not responding to emails and no other way of contacting the.Terrible company and would never use again.
Great Robot Mower but unimpressed with Customer Service
My Worx Landroid L2000 started showing regular 'mower lifted' faults in late May this year then one of the front wheels completely detached. I first raised a ticket for repair to be done under warranty with Worx UK on 4th June 2024 - I explained that we bought the Landroid in the UK but have since relocated to France but am happy to send the unit back to the UK for repair. UK Support referred me to Worx Support France and raised a ticket with them. ("Thank you for getting in touch with us.
Before we proceed, can you confirm for me if you are based in the UK? As I can only deal with warranty claims with the UK/Ireland, for an issue such as this it would need to go to a repair agent, I would need to get this ticket passed over to our French team.

Worx Support France eventually emailed on 13th AUGUST to ask if the issue was still ongoing and after much emailing back and forth supplying invoice, Serial number etc), eventually on 12th September emailed to say: "Hello Paul,
We have received your documents.
We note that your robot was purchased in the UK, so we have enquired whether it is still possible to assist you.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for the French repair center to support your device. We therefore advise you to contact UK technical support.
You can reach them by phone at 0345 202 9679 , or by email xxxxxxxxxxx .
Sorry I can't help you further.
Wishing you a good day."
Nothing fixed! I have a very expensive broken Landroid that needs fixing under warranty but no-one at Worx will take responsibility for arranging it for me. I have a UK address that it can be collected from/returned to. Impressive robot mower but utterly unimpressed with lack of Customer Service to date.
Customer service a shambles
After sales service when one of their product is faulty is horrendous , no emails returned , massive wait on the customer service telephone them cuts out after ages waiting. Absolutely no way of making a complaint. Avoid buying these products

Treated myself to a electric mower awhile back.the mower decided not to work all of a sudden. Wasn't expecting much help from after sales team.From the first email to the last all I got was help,dates and a caring attitude. I own quite a few Worx tools, which started when I saw how good their leaf blower was, but I recently bought an extendable hedge trimmer to complement the range.
First time out and I lost the screw which holds the shoulder strap on and there was no chance of finding it amongst all the leaves.
No problem for Worx customer service who sent me one straight out at no charge.
That’s how it should be done!

I've had a few Worx tools for a few years and recently received terrific customer support after I broke a part. It was well outside of warranty (5+ years owned) and obviously my fault and nothing about the quality of the tool but the team at Worx could not have been more helpful.
I'm very pleased to be able to extend the life of a tool that's given great service and hopefully will for even longer.
It's so good to come across a company that value having a customer rather than just a sale. I'll certainly be looking at Worx as first choice for any purchases in the future.
Out of Warranty Portable Power Cleaner replaced with upgraded model.
WG629E Portable Power Cleaner became faulty (erratic output) 3 days past the 2 year warranty period (!). Contact with Worx entirely helpful and positive. Supplier invoice requested, together with a video clip of the malfuctioning item. This set the system in progress. Return of faulty item by courier at Worx expense. '629' model not in stock: upgrade to the bigger & better WG633E provided.

WG441E 20v Cordless Power Brush Garden Cleaner
Don’t buy this for cleaning with the steel brush.
The brush wears out and whilst it’s easy to remove the wire brush from the plastic head, you can’t buy the replacement wire brush by itself.
I urge WORX to research sustainability.
I wish I could return the product and buy a ryobi.
