Good paper, better customer service
The paper we got was lovely, though unfortunately some of the rolls were damaged and the supplier had discontinued them by the time we emailed to ask if new rolls could be sent out. However, the customer service was the best I've had in a very long time.
Henry was so helpful and proactive throughout the whole process, as we were in quite a rush to get the issue sorted. It's the first time in years that I've felt that someone on a customer support team actually wanted to help, and it was a breath of fresh air compared to the usual AI and dismissive nonsense I've had from other companies.
Henry kept me up to date and was very personable, and even though the final outcome was negative (no new rolls could be sent because there weren't any to send), Henry managed the situation with compassion and professionalism.

Missing 1 roll of paper that I paid for - no refund on card.
I ordered 10 rolls of wallpaper and only received 9, I was able to manage to finish my bathroom with what I had. After numerous emails from Dani, she stated she reviewed the CCTV footage and 10 rolls were packed. I would like the footage sent to me. There were no packing receipts either in the box or on the box. It is a shame, I love the wallpaper (excellent quality) and just wanted credited to my card the 1 roll I did not receive. Like I said the wallpaper was great but I finally told her she won and I guess the discount (20%) was a loss due to you charged me for 1 extra roll I did not receive.

Hello Doreen,
Thank you for your comments, I'm so sorry to read that you have left us a 2 star service review and that you are not 100% happy with your order.
I have just viewed the CCTV myself and can also confirm that 10 rolls were sent to you. I believe we are sending you a copy of this to view for yourself. I'm sorry if this is not the outcome you were hoping for.
If we can be of any more help please email us at info@worldofwallpaper.com or call us on 01628 763050.
Fantastic company
My wallpaper arrived quickly and it’s absolutely beautiful, great quality and easy to hang. I had never heard about this company until my daughter recommended them so I’m highly recommending them to everyone.

Great delivery, paper nott on wall yet but thought be slightly better quality for 16pds a roll, linning paper i bought from elsewhere thicker and much cheaper. Tis lovely design and strong inks, good choice and looking around at other wallpaper sources on average same quality as others but more choice in designs and website ease of a use bonus

In relation to the sage Japanese style…
In relation to the sage Japanese style paper, I have bought paper from you on quite a few occasions over the years. However, this paper was so awful to work with. I'm sorry, but I would not recommend this particular paper. Every other paper has been fine.

Beautiful Girly Wallpaper
Oh my goodness I can't say enough good things about this wallpaper. It is absolutely beautiful, exactly what I was looking for to make my three year olds room girly/whimsical for her (she had asked for a new bedroom decoration as she has entered her girly princess phase!).
The wallpaper is thick, easy to match up, not much waste (the roll calculator has always been spot on for this website) and VERY forgiving (as an amateur wallpaperer). I couldn't love it more.

Hello Kerri,
Thank you for your comments, I'm so sorry to read that you are unhappy with the cost to ship wallpaper from the UK to Australia. We make no profit from any shipping (wallpaper is heavy and bulky) and are happy for you to arrange your own shipping if you have access to better pricing than us.
If we can be of any more help please email us at info@worldofwallpaper.com or call us on 01628 763050.
