The two rolls we ordered came straight away, then we realised we were a bit short. So we only paid another £6 and a replacement arrived the very next day. And the wallpaper is absolutely beautiful.

Wrong shades in the same batch
We ordered 6 rolls of herringbone wallpaper, the final roll was a darker shade to the remaining of the wallpaper which we had done in the room. We ordered another wallpaper roll as we was two pieces short. The new roll matched the rest of the wallpaper however the 6th roll in the box when we originally ordered was a different shade. I have emailed to have this corrected and to be reimbursed as i have had to pay the painter and decorator to try and sort this out and have had to order additional rolls. Customer service agent has taken no responsibility for this however i now await a further response as i have asked for this to be escalated as the wallpaper is not cheap!

Great product and service. Competitively priced.
My first time wallpapering! Found just the pattern we needed for our porch on World Of Wallpaper, WOW! (See what they did there?) after searching many websites we finally found them. Great quality product, great communications and speedy postage. The price was very competitive priced too. Our measurement's said we needed three rolls, but I purchased four. (Glad i did, i needed the fourth due to my mistakes!)
Can highly recommend World Of Wallpaper, and will definitely use them again.

Our standard samples are 52cm x 30cm, which is far larger than A4 one supplied by most wallpaper companies. The samples are not designed to show the full design, there are many images on our site for this, but to show customers the exact colour and texture of the paper.

Lovely thick wallpaper,colour fab,but nxt morning white scuffs ? Appeared on every peice of paper.I had to colour in with a navy felt as to much trouble to do it all again.This paper not good but i have used this site before with no problems.

Not received goods
As of right now, I still haven’t received my order which I ordered on 26/8/26 and which was sent using EVRI. It should have been delivered last Wednesday but never turned up. Granted, that’s not WOW’s fault directly but I did send them an email telling them about the issue. Rather than saying they’ll get me a replacement out as soon as possible they came back with ‘let me check with EVRI’ which I’d already done. They also can see that the tracking hasn’t updated and I have been waiting for a long time. It’s not like I am trying to get more wallpaper out of them.
This is currently holding up the completion of my renovation. So from that perspective, I would not recommend buying because good customer service looks and feels different.
UPDATE: The reply to my post is nonsense as I had already contacted their customer service. Despite me forwarding them the original communication from EVRI who advised that the parcel is lost they still haven’t relented and sent out a replacement. They are dragging their feet by referencing a response from the courier which is four days old and not the last update which they received from me and EVRI. They were happy to take my money quickly but are clearly in breach of the law now by not providing the goods I paid for. I vaguely remember someone telling me that this is called stealing.
