There should be an option to give Zero Stars this company is Scam
On Friday, August 28, I paid for an airline ticket through World Flight Fares for travel on Sunday, August 31. After making the payment, I received no e-ticket, no airline confirmation number, and no valid booking confirmation.

I contacted them through email and telephone but initially received no response. I eventually reached a WhatsApp number associated with them and was told that my ticket would be emailed to me “shortly.” When that didn’t happen, I was later told to wait 24–48 hours before departure.

I waited. Still nothing.

I then requested a refund, but I have still not received my money back.

My entire vacation was planned around this flight, and because I never received the ticket I paid for, my travel plans were disrupted.

I have screenshots, payment records, emails, WhatsApp conversations, and other documentation of everything that happened. I am documenting the situation and reporting it to the appropriate authorities.

If you are considering booking through World Flight Fares, please do your own research and exercise extreme caution. Don’t rely solely on a booking confirmation from a travel agency—verify directly with the airline that an actual ticket has been issued.

I’m posting this to make sure other people don’t end up in the same situation. Please share this so others can be aware.

RUN! THIS IS A SCAM!

Bought 2 tickets back in October. No emails or anything since them. I emailed; no reply. I called the customer service number on the initial booking confirmation email; it's out of service. I wish I would've done my due diligence first.

I booked four tickets through your company, but I have not received the e-tickets even after waiting for 24 hours. I have tried contacting your customer service by phone, email, and chat, but no one has responded.

This situation is very concerning, and I’m starting to suspect that this might be a scam. Please respond immediately and send my e-tickets or process a full refund.it’s more than 2 days. They did not send a ticket, it’s fraud!!!

It´s a fraud. Run from it.

Disconnected number can’t get a response back and they deducted my payment. Does anyone have a number I can call? Or how to get my money back if it’s an option? First time trying this company. I usually go through a different company or the airlines. Ugh

I have been trying to reach out to them to get an update on my booked flights. First the number is disconnected and they do not reply to emails. I honestly feel like I was scammed. I do not recommend this company at all.

Fraud scam scam scam they tell you that you’re gonna get your ticket 24 hours before you departure and it’s not true

I’ve booked a flight on June 13 and their website and the booking ID says I should get confirmation within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Well they kept telling me it’s 24 hours before the flight and I called them over and over again they kept assuring me that that’s what it is all the way up till the day before the date They kept telling me on the day before that if I get caught at night for 8 o’clock in the morning flight at 10:30pm they canceled me and screwed me royally. take it. I called them about eight times today before trying to get my ticket and they kept telling me it’s in a queue is booked and I should receive it by 9:00 PM. Well I kept calling them calling them and they finally like I said counselor take it I had called him about 10 times during the week and they kept assuring me that it was there. It’s gonna print out the day before and it didn’t now I’m screwed because I didn’t pay for parking. I’m supposed to pick up several things tomorrow which am I gonna be able to so I’m gonna lose them several thousand dollars worth of stuff just a big mess. Don’t ever use them.

Excellent, I booked my flight for next day. A good prices and the flight was on time. Thanks to Joe Goldberg for helping me and easy my journey. I highly recommend.

I booked the fare listed for 172 for two people only for them to email me stating that it was actually 299 .

SCAM! SCAM! SCAMMERS!!! They will promise you flight up till the last 24 hours of your trip and there are no tickets!! They give you a confirmation and the confirmation has a cancelled flight!!! REPORTING TO EVERYONE!!! SCAM!!!!
