Before i was introduced to WFG my family wouldnt have qualified to sit down with some proffesionals, our family was definately being left behind. I had questions and wanted to do better and be on the right track, however i didn't know who to turn to or who to trust. Working with someone where i was a referral helped with the trust part.

After being a client for the last 16 years, having a critical illness policy pay out on myself ( i dont feel id have had the coverage at the time of my Cancer diagnosis without WFG) and now being licensed for the last 6 years, in and industry i knew nothing about has changed my families trajectory! My children are learning about how money and finance works, they are better equipped to make educated decisions tha affect them and their families as well!

I love serving others and bringing financial education to those who are looking for it, while offering them an opportunity to earn additional income while serving others! Its a win win win senario for all involved.

WFG should review the Long Term Debt Roll Over processes. Distributing LTD to the upline it should comply with the ratio of Generation over ride.
Should not be pick and choose. Same time calculate the Debt pay out threshold very carefully and all aspect of the commission, cashflow and total income/year etc.

Growing quickly. Seems you cannot keep up. Feels lately like head office is more interested in getting rid of people than helping

Love that compliance raises the standard and all new agent first insurance policies are put under review.

Zero feedback or coaching. Such a wasted opportunity. Could be such a positive and empowering exercise for wfg and for new agents. Instead it positions wfg as overaite and uncaring.

The advisor who helped me plan my finances focused on educating me and giving me a clear plan that I understood with making everything simplified for me to understand without using the jargons of the financial industry. His approach towards educating me as a client got me sold and today he manages all my finances and I make sure to refer him.

Honest Feedback

I genuinely love what I do, especially the opportunity to educate clients and help them make informed financial decisions. I also really appreciate the platform and the access we have to a wide range of product providers and financial solutions.
The one area I’m dissatisfied with is the way some offices are being managed by mentors. At times, it feels like there is too much focus on pushing certain products or opportunities, with a “pick and choose” approach rather than putting ethics, transparency, and the client’s best interest first.
I truly believe mentorship should be about education, support, leadership, and doing what is right for the client and the advisor—not simply pushing what benefits the office or mentor.
I would love to see more consistency, transparency, and ethical leadership across the organization. I believe that would make an already great platform even stronger. Love what I do.

I was Pharmacist and business owner with 15 years of corporate experience used to working 12 to 13 hours a day 60 to 70 hours a week for well over a decade.
I worked as a leader and supervisor for Fortune 100 companies. I was pretty successful but I was drifting financially. I had no freedom and control of my time. I was burnt out and felt trapped.
