For 17 years I have been coded with multiple licenses. I have traveled and lived in multiple countries during that time and the WFG platform has allowed me to stay licensed and helped me maintain my book of business. The flexibility WFG offers, coupled with the training and mentorship when so desired makes this a phenomenal place to develop a business. Any other business would've seen me fired, closed, or canceled my licenses. WFG allowed me to develop and continue building through it all.

Dear WFG Leadership and Commissions Team,

I am writing to formally escalate a serious concern regarding a commission discrepancy and subsequent chargeback that I believe warrants immediate investigation at a leadership level.

While I recognize that WFG offers great products and tremendous opportunities for agents to serve families and communities, I am extremely disappointed with the level of agent support and accountability I have experienced when attempting to resolve commission-related issues.

Agents are expected to conduct our businesses with integrity, accuracy, professionalism, and accountability. We should reasonably expect the same standards from the systems and departments responsible for our compensation.

My concern is very straightforward:

**How can one agent’s commission be credited to another agent, remain undetected for approximately two years, and then result in a sudden chargeback to the affected agent without a clear and comprehensive explanation?**

This raises several serious questions that I respectfully request WFG address:

1. How did the commission become credited to the incorrect agent in the first place?
2. What internal controls were in place to prevent or detect this type of commission allocation error?
3. Why did it take approximately two years for the discrepancy to be identified?
4. Who received the commission that was originally generated from the business in question?
5. What specifically triggered the review or correction after such a significant amount of time?
6. How was the current chargeback amount calculated?
7. If this resulted from an internal administrative, processing, coding, or system error, why is the financial consequence being placed on the agent without a complete explanation and supporting documentation?
8. What measures are being taken to ensure similar errors have not occurred on other policies or agent accounts?

I am particularly concerned about the lack of transparency surrounding this matter. A chargeback should not simply appear approximately two years later without sufficient documentation explaining its origin, calculation, and justification.

This is not merely about the dollar amount. **This is about trust, transparency, accountability, and the integrity of the compensation system.**

As agents, we are on the front lines representing WFG in our communities. We build relationships, educate families, recruit and develop agents, service our clients, and put our professional reputations behind the organization and the products we represent. When an internal issue affects an agent financially, there must be an equally strong commitment to investigate the matter and provide that agent with meaningful support.

I am therefore formally requesting:

**• A complete review and audit of the commission history associated with this transaction/policy.
• A written explanation of how the commission was originally allocated.
• Identification of when the discrepancy was discovered and what triggered its discovery.
• A detailed accounting showing how the chargeback amount was calculated.
• Confirmation of whether the issue resulted from an agent action or an internal/system/administrative error.
• A review of my commission history to determine whether any similar allocation discrepancies exist.
• Reconsideration of the chargeback if the investigation determines that the issue resulted from an internal processing or system error.**

Until these questions are answered and the supporting documentation has been provided, I respectfully dispute the chargeback and request that the matter be reviewed before it is considered resolved.

I strongly believe in accountability. If an agent makes an error, that agent should be accountable for it. However, if the company or its systems make an error, there must also be accountability, transparency, and a fair process for the agent affected by that error.

Our agents deserve to know that when we encounter a serious problem, there is someone within the organization who will listen, investigate objectively, and help bring the matter to a fair resolution.

I respectfully request acknowledgment of this escalation and a substantive written response addressing the questions above.
