I have been working with Workflow Magic for the past 5 months, and I can confidently say that they have greatly improved my business workflows. Initially, I was hesitant to start working with them because I had previously worked with other agencies that passed my job off to various team members, which resulted in having to repeatedly explain my needs. Got exactly what was advertised. We had a dedicated team member diligently working on building out our design. The amount of feed back and iterating was great. We really felt like a load of work was secure and on track without dedicating too much internal time to it.
