Workflow Magic has been a great resource for us in setting up and customizing our Monday.com platform. Victoria grasped my company's specific needs very quickly, is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. I would highly recommend Workflow Magic!

Donnalyn's clarity, professionalism and quick follow-up were key to the project. She was patient, knew her stuff and could identify opportunities and ways to get around issues that we brought to her.

Victoria Cortés was our CSM who lead the implementation. Our company was previously using Copper and chose Monday as our new CRM. We are a manufacturer's representative who sells outdoor lighting. As a sales company and "middle man" for manufacturers selling to a variety of markets, we were attracted to Monday's features and customization abilities in order to accurately log our sales pipeline, contacts, accounts, internal company information, and forecast commissions.

Victoria was fantastic to work with on our dashboard build-outs and an absolute wizard at running automations that give us crucial insight on our sales figures, commissions, as well as seamlessly linking our manufacturers and their sales data to project opportunities both in pre-sale and post-sale stages. Without Victoria's help, I do not think we would have ended up with the same end-result and I estimate an additional 80 hours of work, at least, would have been required

The turnaround time for the implementation was 25-30 hours with Victoria.

We would absolutely recommend both Victoria and Monday to any of our colleagues and peers.

Our Consultant Zein is amazing. Very, very methodical, observant, attentive to small details. Our firm has a complicated workflow, and Zein has really put in the time and effort to understand it thoroughly so that we can devise a solution that perfectly fits our circumstances.

Victoria is wonderful at helping me automate and make sense of how I track my accounts in Monday.com. She is great at making the process simple and not overwhelming! Anytime I am stuck, she comes to my rescue.

I worked with Diego for our project. Diego was always friendly and professional. He came to our meetings prepared and was always provided very knowledgeable responses to my questions.
In 8-9 hours spanning roughly a week to 10 days, Diego automated our invoicing process so that I am able to generate and send invoices to our clients with a simple click of button. The process cut at least 2 hours, probably more, out of our process because I no longer have to write individual emails to 150 people while making sure I've attached the correct invoice each time.
I plan on working with Workflow Magic for future buildouts on our Monday account and would recommend them to anyone needing help with the platform!

Outstanding. Honestly, what we asked for really shouldn't be able to be done - we're stretching Monday to it's limits, but Workflow Magic has risen to the challenge. They are creative (I haven't heard them once say something can't be done - instead, they just figure out a way to do it), they are responsive (I don't think I've ever waited longer than an hour for a reply back to an email), and they are beyond talented.

I've already told them to keep us on their calendar - once this current project is done, I plan to continue using them to further things out for our business, and at this point, I don't even think of them as a vendor - they're just part of our team.
