I fully agree with all of the negative reviews posted. The website is a TOTAL scam... I have been waiting over 2+ months now for my products. Their profile says "Texas based" but my products are some how shipping from over seas???? I asked 3 times for my money back and how ridiculous their company is being and all I got back was "Sorry, we will check in on your order and let you know", I never hear back from them unless I reach out asking for a refund, and never get one. Complete waste of time and money... DO NOT purchase anything from them.

Same experience as the rest of the 1 star reviews below except worse. ordered just over 2 months ago and got in today. Only the $26 toothpaste arrived and no toothbrush was even present. Customer services was awful. This company is a scam. They have changed their name and business profile on facebook and online, likely because of all the bad reviews. The company originates in Bhutan, according to facebook. This is a money grab - do not buy from here.

Update: It's 7/13 and I still have not received it. When emailed, they told me it is still in the mail but would not provide tracking and are just buying time. Don't do business with them.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I have now been waiting for TWO MONTHS for my products. I have written 5 times. The first 2 times they didn't even bother to answer! When they did answer they addressed the email to my dog! I have tried to correct them each time they wrote - in the 4th email I even said, "please don't be ridiculous. You are addressing my dog, my name is XYZ." They still wrote back to the dog.
I don't think real people are reading and answering the emails. There are a bunch of issues I raise which are never addressed and they reiterate EVERY SINGLE TIME - "we are sorry, we are trying our best, your product is out for delivery, we will ask them to expedite." Well, their best SUCKS!!! Expediting and it is still taking over 3 weeks????
This so called purchase is a STRAIGHT UP MONEY GRAB. I believe they have no intention of EVER sending my products. I have had to escalate to PayPal resolution center.
If you want to lose money buy from them, or gamble. But at least with gambling you might have a bit of fun. I was about to make a huge order from them and then I thought, no, maybe just this one item to start with. Thank god otherwise I'd be out $200 rather than just $35.

Please do not waste your money on this company. I have waited 3 months for my product to be delivered. When I emailed them to get a refund they "politely declined" my request, when I haven't even gotten the product. STEER CLEAR

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this SCAM company! Order took forever. They say they are based in Dallas, TX. When package arrived it was from China. Only sent toothbrush, no toothpaste and it was WAY too big for my dogs mouth. Have returned item and demanded a refund. No response and they have now blocked me from their Instagram page. Luckily I paid with PayPal and will eventually get my money back, but what a waste of time!!!!!

I placed an order on April 25, 2020 for merchandise totaling $114.50. As of this date, it still has not been received. I got an email confirming the order so I know it was placed. They charged my PayPal account. I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with them without success. If you send them an email itBounces back.

It took 2.5 mount to get the toothbrush and paste for my dog. My puppy didn't care for toothbrush or paste. Walmart cares exactly the same toothbrush brush for the price of $4.99 compare $19.40 from woofing 10. What a waste of money and time.

I ordered a dog tooth brush and almost 2 months later it’s still not here. I think I might have gotten scammed. The tracking doesn’t make sense or doesn’t update . I might have to call my bank to try and get this money back. Now that I’m looking at all these reviews. I wish I didn’t fall for the stupid ads.

I ordered a toothbrush May 4th. It's now June 25th and no toothbrush has arrived. I've been in regular contact with the support team since May 14th, however, I pretty much get the same canned answer every single time "Sorry for the delay, we should have an update in a few days." I've never gotten any sort of proactive communication and my tracking number still shows that the item has not left China. I've asked for a refund, but have been refused that since the product is supposedly "in transit." Perhaps equally concerning to me is that it's now become clear to me that the reviews on the website are completely fake. I left a review for my experience and it was not pushed live. More disturbingly, a review with my name then appeared with a 5-star rating (which I did not give). This company seems to be dishonest and the support experience has been beyond disappointing.

BUYER BEWARE! They say they are located in Dallas TX. Their product ships from China. This company has horrible customer service. I ordered the Woofing10 toothbrush and toothpaste for my dog on 4/11/20. I received the item on 6/11/20. Their website said delivery would be 7-10 business days. Covid- 19 hasn’t delayed any other mailings or deliveries for that long. Two months and several Inquiry emails later the product arrived DAMAGED! The packaging was too small for the item. The toothpaste tube was folded over and sealed into the envelope closure. I will never order this company again. The customer service was terrible and your package tracking was as not accurate. The tracking company never updates and I could never see where my package was. It listed a 5/10/20 locations China until delivery 6/11/20. BUYER BEWARE!

Not only did it take 2 months to ship (which I could account for delays due to covid but jot that long), but they didnt even ship the toy I PAID FOR?!?! Just got a tiny package with the toothpaste and no toy. I'm trying to get a refund. I have pictures of the package when it arrived and everything@@

Recieved the product, my small dog chewed it up in less than a minute (used our existing toothpaste to test). Dont recommend, threw the toy and toothpaste out right after.

AVOID at all costs! I bought an Extreme Chew toothbrush from them, and my dog destroyed it in 10mins. He could have choked from all the rubber bits that he chewed out! I emailed them to no response, and so I posted on their "Sponsored Post". Instead of resolving this issue, they have conveniently blocked me on their facebook. Notice you dont see a single negative comment on their posts? Now you know why.

I wish I can can a FAT 0 on this company. We have waited almost 2 months and still now product. I have emailed this company several times about asking for our refund and we get emails back that the product is in transit. Right now I'm trying to contact the BBB to report this company.

I wish that I could give a 0 star to Woofing10, that's what I would like to do. I ordered on 5/4/20 and was told 8-20 business days for my pups toothbrush to arrive. It has now been 49 days and I still have nothing. I've messaged, emailed, everything I can. Always the same response to my messages, that I need to email the company so I can get more accurate information as to arrival time. NOW, I get no response at all. I'm begging people, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This site states it is US based but I have found it is China and it is a scam. Complete fraud!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!

This is a complete ripoff woofing10 Is running a complete scam, After not receiving my products in 3 months I emailed them, Also after receiving my email I was blocked from any further communication with them, All I wanted was my products or a refund. It's going on 5 months still no product no Response. They're a complete scam this is how they do business if that's what it's called.

Nowhere on the website does it say there is a delay or that it is coming directly from China. This is a total scam. If I could figure out where to file a complaint I would. Can't find them on BBB.
