My story is the exact same as the ones below. I'm going on waiting 75 days for my order. This company is a scam.

EDIT: So, the toothpaste (which they're lying about being FDA-approved) arrived after about two months. I threw it away immediately -- the labeling is clearly amateur. I'm not going to risk my dog's health on this. Finally, three months later, the brush arrived. It smells foul, like cheap rubber. I'm not going to mess around and let my dog choke on it. Everyone's saying it crumbles in minutes. Looking at it in person for 30 seconds makes that pretty easy to believe.

This company is clearly the arm of some kind of scam syndicate. Woofing10 is just one of many of its "products." Wouldn't be surprised if the company was run by just a person or two working out of a kitchen. Instagram and FB should pull the ads, and Paypal should stop working with them. One way to ensure this happens? Everybody who's had this experience, be sure to file a claim with Paypal, so that they see dozens of people are getting ripped off.

Placed an order in April and have sent multiple communications indicating that products have yet to be received. Initially I received a tracking number which was not useful. Since that first and only response, I have received no further responses. What a scam!

I'd like to give less than 1 star to be honest but there isn't an option. I believe this company is a scam. I ordered my product 2 months ago and I wrote to them once after 3 weeks and I got a reply within 24 hours. I wrote to them again when I still hadn't received my item after two bloody months and I received no reply... How convenient. Wrote to them two more times and still no freaking response... Its only 22 pounds but honestly I am outraged they do this to people. Be warned!

Absolutely the WORST! I ordered the brush/paste products on May 27, 2020, and still have not received them. I've sent multiple emails and they thank me for my patience. I'm NOT patient, I'm pissed. One response was becasue of the pandemic casuing shipping delays, one said it had been shipped. All lies. They claim to be a US company, another lie.

In my last email on July 8, 2020, I requested a refund. Will update this post on the outcome.

If I could I’d give them negative stars. I ordered a toothbrush and toothpaste in early April. After several back and forth emails and Facebook messages, of which they just blamedCovid for the shipping delays🙄, I finally received my shipment last week. After almost 3 months. And I only received the toothpaste, no brush. They are now ignoring my emails for a reimbursement and blocked me on Facebook. Absolute criminals, do not buy anything from them!

Do not buy anything from this company. Order ships from China. Didn’t receive for over 2 months. When I did finally receive, I was missing part of my order. I’ve FB messaged them and emailed multiple times with no response. Wish I could give no stars.

It's been over 3 months since I ordered and I have no product delivered yet. I also have been given the run around several times by their email info@woofing10 contact saying it has shipped. Tracking now says EXPIRED. I guess I know now why they have no contact numbers. I never knew this was coming from China but whatever I have ordered items from China from other companies and they all got here eventually...after the timeframe I placed my Woofing order. I am now going to dispute the charges via my credit card company.

Fake website. Been 3 months since I ordered. Never received anything.

We'd almost given up... but then this dropped on the doormat. Henry the terrier is VERY interested and we think it's going to be a winner!

It is a Dallas based company. I say based because all their products are drop shipped from China but they say they're in the USA because thats where the person running the drop shipment is. The sizes suck, small is way too big for my dog even though he's not even that small. (10 lbs) Their customer service is completely lacking. The whole shipping process took over 2 months to even leave China.
The design of the toothbrush also sucks since its so large and firm even if your dog chews on it, the toothpaste doesn't come out of the holes.

I waited 2.onths fir my order and didn't get everything I have sent them emails and haven't heard from them I'll never order from them again

Scam just like everyone else is saying. Ordered April 12th and the same generic fake response when you contact them. Notice all the positive reviews are from the same day 6/1? Those are all fake accounts

I purchased this on 5/2 and it’s 7/6, still haven’t seen it. I know there have been shipping delays all around, but the tracking shows it hasn’t left the country it’s in, has been sitting there for two months. I contacted them in June and they asked me to give it 30 days, due to potential delays, and reach back out of it doesn’t come. Cool, did that. Reached out again at 45 days and they told me to wait. Contacted again at 60 days and they still aren’t helping me resolve or give me money back. I feel taken advantage of.

It’s been over two months and I haven’t received the product. I keep getting canned responses from an apparent “customer service” person with excuses and telling me it was shipped over 45 days ago. Give me a break! I’ve ordered plenty of items from across the country and over seas and have had no issues. I have even received furniture items from overseas faster. This company is scamming people and I am reporting them to the FBI as a fraudulent company and cyber crimes.

Coming from out of the country!!!!! I had NO idea or I never would have ordered it. Bad company, its been over 30 days and no product. I have an email from a month ago saying its been shipped.....Reeeaaalllyy

Complete scam. Ordered and paid for a toothbrush 2 1/2 months ago and still don't have it. They refuse to refund and always say in their emails that it should arrive shortly. BS. DO NOT BUY from them.

Terrible customer service experience. It has been 2 months since I made the order and I have yet to receive the package. Numerous emails back and forth with the company, who will not refund my transaction nor supply factual information regarding the location of package. Absolute disaster, unreliable, I recommend to stay away.

I ordered toothbrushes two months ago, and I still haven't received them. This is compatible with the other reviews on this site. Stay away from this company.
