I too wish I'd looked at this site before purchase. It's been 5 months since I ordered and paid for 3 large toothbrushes so over $100 worth and I've not even been told it's an route. I have been told to be patient but I've received other purchases from all over the world. Totally feel ripped off and wish you had a 0 rating.

I ordered an item from woofing10 April 9, 2020, and have not received it. My many followup requests for the item or a refund result in no action.

You order your goods, and then they don't arrive. This is a complete scam. Says it's a US company and goods "seem" to be coming from China, but 3 months later and I still haven't received anything, and tracking has been stuck in the same position for 2 months. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

At first they were good and sent me a message on my messenger, emails etc. I ordered a toothbrush in June and still have not received it. I emailed Amara several times with no answers. Don’t fall for this Scam all of a sudden I can’t find them on Facebook. Anyone know how I can get my money back? I have been telling EVERYONE about their horrible service

My experience was absolutely horrible - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVEN IF THE PRICE IS TEMPTING. The package took 2 months to arrive and when I emailed them about a month in, I was told it would be there in a few days (which ended up being weeks later). My shipment arrived INCOMPLETE. I ordered two items and I only received one. Company has yet to email me back when I requested a refund for the missing item.

Same as everyone. This company sucks. I ordered over 2 months ago and haven’t received anything, including even a response to one of my many emails. They definitely control the reviews on their website, I’m sure most of them are fake and they obviously won’t post the millions of bad ones.
Time for me to move on, I wouldn’t give it to my dog now even if it ever shows up.
Waste of time, money and energy.

If less than 1 was an option, that’s would be the score. I never received my order, and they claim it’s on its way - but after 9 weeks, that’s obviously not true. They refuse to give me a refund because they claim it’s still being delivered - so DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

I wish I could give this half a star, just for arriving.
It took over 3 months to arrive with constant hounding to amara who said it’s been sent even though the tracking info said with sender.
I gave it to my cocker spaniel (who has a soft mouth) and within 1 hour it’s in bits!
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! I’m hoping PayPal will step in and get a refund.

My 9 pound mini-Dachshund ate through the small version of this toothbrush within 10 minutes of the first use. Ended up throwing it away. I even tried a second one and same result. This toothbrush may work for some dogs but don't buy it for a Doxie!

Also, I stupidly paid about $25 for some beef-flavored toothpaste that was never delivered.

Finally, the two orders I placed were shipped from China - not Dallas, Texas as I was led to believe - which took "forever".

I highly recommend that you DO NOT buy this product - what a rip-off.

I, like many others on here, ordered in May 2020 and had NOTHING. I had a couple of responses to my initial emails, until I asked for a refund. Now they have ignored me so looks like I have lost the money to this scam. 😡 FURIOUS!

It took 10 weeks to recieve my product, i felt they should have notified me when i ordered that it would take that long. Product came out of the city in China where Covent 19 started, wasn't happy about that as well, not a good experience with this company and wouldn't purchase any other products from them again.

Ordered the blue classic small 25Apr2020. Due to COVID-19 (?), it arrived 3 months later, today, 20July2020. My 3 year old, 11 pound havanese was able to chew off three pieces in the short time she played with it. Also, highly unlikely this is FDA approved as the FDA is responsible for protecting public health by regulating human drugs and biologics, animal drugs, medical devices, tobacco products, food (including animal food), cosmetics, and electronic products that emit radiation. They do not approve chew toys.

This is my second review of this company. They stole 180 dollars from me and now they are ignoring my emails asking for my money back. I also tried to leave reviews on their website so that others don’t make the same mistake and they obviously delete those because I am not seeing any of those reviews anywhere.

I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they sided with Woofing10 - even though I still NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEMS. So I’m just going to do everything I can to warn everyone about this scam of a website.

What an absolute scam! Like everyone else you'll get the run around and you won't see your product. I ordered mine back in May and finally just gave up after hearing nonsense like "we're monitoring your package closely" when in fact the tracking data hadn't changed in weeks. When I asked for my money back they didn't respond so I just did a charge back. What a joke.

Waited for 2 months to receive piece meal, first the woofing10, 2 weeks later the toothpaste came.
My dog hated the toothpaste and started throwing up and squirming whenever he smells the toothpaste.
I tried many times to introduce the toothpaste, now he starts to hide whenever I approach him with the toothpaste, btw the toothpaste smells like kerosene!! Their customer service (JAMES & AMARA) were responding my emails about the shipment delay promptly, until I emailed them again that I would like to return. No response whatsoever after many attempts! I don't know where I can report them....

I wish I could leave 0 star! I made my order in the end of April, and the tracking number given shows that the shipment departed from CHINA a month later, have waited 1.5 months after that, I didn’t receive it yet.

Recently their Facebook page has been disappeared, it shows how unreliable they are.

Ordered product more than 60 days ago. nothing!!!

Wish I woulda known about this site prior to purchase!!! Ahh well.... I'm actually off of Facebook now since I'm such a sucker for the ads etc... i got off Facebook once i got the shipping confirmation... once again... China... boo!!! I tried to leave a negative review on woofing 10 site... Ha. Ha. I doubt it actually posted.

Still waiting in Mid July for two orders placed at the beginning May. One email acknowledging delay, but still no toothbrush or refund. AVOID!

My dog doesn’t just chew, he shreds things, and he destroyed this in under an hour. He got no benefit from it, other than having something to shred. :-(
If your dog likes to SHRED things, do not get this product. Cardboard boxes are much cheaper.
