Unfortunately, I was also a victim of this HORRIBLE product! Communications were terrible and extremely frustrating on their shipping tracking. If I knew the product (I bought 3) was this bad I never would have ordered it. Very misleading ad on Facebook and I wish I had researched this company before ordering! Couldn’t return or get a refund as they just kept giving me the run around. Hopefully I’ve helped someone else to NEVER order from this company!!

I ordered this brush, waited a long time for it to finally arrive, and threw it out within 24 hours as my 4 month old puppy had already chewed chunks off of it. Save your money, definitely not as advertised.

Product is shipped from China and is not suitable for large dogs. Our Rhodesian Ridgeback chewed off pieces within first 5 minutes. Waste of money.

I ordered this toothbrush in April 2020 and received in August. I wish I could post a picture of this after a couple of days with my 40 pound dog. He has chewed it up into tiny pieces. This product is useless..

On June 12, 2020, I ordered a toothbrush & toothpaste for my dog. About 6 weeks later approx July 24, the toothbrush arrived. I am still waiting on the toothpaste to this day August 25th. I have sent several very polite emails asking for information regarding my paid purchase.” When Arama” (the representative for the company) responds keeps saying be patient and wait our carrier says it is processing.
When I ordered this the site lead me to believe that they were within the US however, my payment immediately shows foreign transactions. When I inquired their response was ” when we have too many orders we need to use overseas suppliers.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.
THEY NOT ONLY HAVE POOR CUSTOM SERVICE, but THEY ARE also DECEITFUL

I bought a dog's toothbrush from this company, paid on June 3 and still awaiting delivery. They have been replying to my queries in a polite way but delivery is what I want.

I was really annoyed also that after (and only after) I put my cc details in the amount was adjusted from $40+ to $60+. Had I realised that I wouldn't have proceeded with the purchase.

I bought exactly the same product on e-bay today for under $15.

Lesson learnt.

THIS WAS EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE. I ordered May 6 and didn't receive the product until August 14. OVER 3 MONTHS FOR DELIVERY. They advised that delivery would be Standard International Shipping:
Standard International Shipping: 8-20 business days.

If that is the kind of service they provide I would not recommending buying the product. A dog store probably has the same item!

I placed my order April 26 and FINALLY received it August 10! 3 1/2 MONTHS! It is shipped from China (by row boat apparently).

Waste of time and money. Ordered on 4/24. Received the toothbrush in late July - no toothpaste. Got the tooth paste 8/8. There's no way to easily get the toothpaste inside the brush. There's a slit to put it in but it's narrower than the toothpaste opening, so you have to wipe it in with your fingers. I put some on the outside, too. My dog showed no interest in it.

Items were shipped on May 1. Just received the items yesterday. My mini schnauzer chewed on it fir about a minute and chunks broke off. Straight into the garbage. Huge waste of $70. What a total scam.

They really deserve zero stars. It took forever to get the blue classic/small Woofing 10 Dog Toothbrush as advertised on Facebook and then my miniature dachshund chewed hunks out of it immediately. That could have been deadly if we hadn't seen it happening. I was lucky I only lost $14.80!

My order took 6 weeks to arrive. They don't tell you its shipping from China. Terrible customer service. PS., My dog hates the toothbrush gizmo, and I want to jump out a window. DIdn't need to waste 28 bucks on a paperweight just now. Live and learn.

I ordered long ago, tracking shows this held up in China for ages from a company I did not recognize, initial email responded to, subsequently no replies. Not addressing any requests for refund. I am wondering, as I have been warned about international dealings, that your credit card company cannot help you and information can be extracted from the transaction. I'm a little scared and I KNOW I acted to hastily in making this purchase. Even if this isn't a pure scam for info I will be far more cautious as I didn't even realize this was a foreign company.

UPDATE: I received the "toothbrushes" about Aug. 12. The toothpaste did not come and still hasn't by today, Aug 20. Frankly, I don't trust even using this product.

Ordered in May, received Aug 4th. Lasted 10min with my 16 week lab. Would not recommend.

I feel compelled to write a second review as my order made in May (now August 2) has still not arrived. I have emailed several times and yet James and Amara who initially were responsive are now ignoring my requests for order/tracking/delivery details. It is truly appalling that a company such as this can get away with blatant theft.

I ordered $75 worth of merchandise. Toothpaste, Chewy, and bed back in March. Received only the Toothpaste in July. Can't track any other parts of the order.

I, like everyone else never recieved my product. Ordered April 5 and have tried to contact them multiple times. All they ever say is please give it a couple more days. They have deleted the old Facebook page, made a new one, and then proceeded to delete that one to. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Like everyone here I ordered the toothbrushes toothpaste & doggy bed. That was april 4/20 to date I have not received my pruchases and tracking numbers have expired. Do not order anything from Woofing10 nothing but a scam scam scam!!! Hope Karma bites James and Amera sooner than later!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a toothbrush and toothpaste from them. It took 8 weeks for the toothbrush to arrive and 10 weeks for the toothpaste to arrive. At about week 3 of waiting, I tried to cancel and they said it was not possible because it was already in shipment. The toothbrush was sitting in a warehouse in China and had not been shipped but had a shipping label created. The toothpaste had not even had a label created for it yet but they still refused to cancel. Fast forward to the product arriving. Dog got it and chewed it for 2 minutes and large chunks of the product broke off and almost choked my dog. Thankfully we were really watching him closely or he might have died. I communicated my displeasure with the company and asked for a refund. They offered to send me another choking hazard. I refused. I also asked again to cancel my toothpaste which had not arrived. They refused. Now another month has gone by and I have the tootphaste and I have asked for a refund. The only problem is that they make you ship it back to them in china. Minimum cost to do so is $20. This place is a scam and more importantly a dangerous product that could kill your dog. I have no idea what they are talking about when they say their product is FDA approved. I do not think it is even possible to get a dog toy FDA approved. False advertising and a violation of Consumer Protection Act in my state. I have reported this company to the FDA and my attorney general. I recommend everyone else do the same.
