Not enthusiastic about the customer service. I let them know one of the panels arrived a few shades darker than the rest and the response was to sand it down or re-stain the other panels..? That seems like a lot of work to correct a mistake that I didn’t make. The product is not as high quality as I expected and some of the accessories are kind of junkie, like the string picture magnets- they break as soon as you try to use them. The magnet just comes right out of the cheap plastic. The dupps are also plastic which is crazy for how much you pay for them. Overall really disappointed by the quality and customer service.

Good product but the QA isn’t great — I can see vivid saw blade marks on many of the pieces, little notches and scuffs, and splinters coming from the edges (since they’re not buffed after cutting). For the price, I expected fewer of these issues. But, they aren’t really noticeable more than a few feet away. At that distance and greater, they look pretty good! And installation was simple

They were supposed to send me the damaged part, but it never went beyond the promise.

This is a high quality product- we love our new wall! The panels are solid, easy to install with the online instructions, and provide a polished look. The customer service was excellent- they even sent a personalized welcome video! Delivery was timely and the accessories through Create are beautiful and well-constructed. We especially enjoy the LED lights which give the room a warm feel.

What a beautiful product. It's installed behind me in my office, and I am in daily web meetings. Many have commented on how great it looks, and I appreciate the improvement in my office acoustics. Well done!

In the end it was the support and the final outcome that made this all worth it. The end product is beautiful and exactly what we had hoped it would turn out.

There were a couple of challenges. The opportunity for improvement for Woodupp is to beef up the slat panel packaging. We received two boxes and one was open on both ends on our doorstep with the ends damaged. Woodupp did a great thing is how they handled the replacement - no questions asked, and expedited the replacement. The third package arrived, also opened at both ends but fortunately the material was not damaged.

Installing the panels was straight forward. Cut an outlet hole was a little more challenging than what training videos let on, but the outcome was great - just measure carefully.

The large TV bracket is easy to install, but heaving a 65" TV up onto the bracket requires 2 people.

Finally, the end result: Stunning. We love it. The TV mount and the wire hiding tubes make it look like a floating TV. Perfect.

Note: I bought the screws from Woodupp because the TORX head screws are easier to drive compared to Phillips.

Great product, great customer service. Only downfall is lack of sizing options in the shelving department. But overall very happy.

The long felt wood panels should come with more packaging padding on the ends. Several panels I ordered were damaged.

The amount of felt wood panels they pack, I was left with a surplus and did not know what to do with them. I wish I was able to order the exact amount I wanted.

For accessories, some of the screws don't come with the felt pins, which makes the screws useless. Luckily I had some other accessories that came with felt pins and was able to use it. I would suggest all screw accessories come with the felt screws.

Overall, great product.

WoodUpp is an awesome company. I previously bought screwless shelves from another company and mounted them on our new slatted walls. Even without anything being placed on them, they started sliding down. Needless to say, I returned them. I saw WoodUpp’s ad on Instagram so I decided to give them a try and boy am I glad I did. I bought two and the install was easy. They are unbelievably secure even with items on them. The shelves are powder coated high quality metal and nice and heavyweight. Extremely well made. Yes, they are more expensive than the cheap others, but you get what you pay for. These are made to last. They arrived quickly in well packaged protection to insure no damage.

I chose WoodUpp for my English Walnut project because they market themselves as a premium brand. Unfortunately, the experience has been a disaster from start to finish.

Inaccurate Tools: I followed their "Sona AI" agent's specific calculations to place my order on Feb 8th.

Conflicting Advice: On Feb 9th, after they took my money, a human staff member (Angel) reached out to tell me the AI was wrong and I actually needed more panels.

Out of Stock: When I went to buy the extra panels they told me I needed, they were suddenly out of stock. Now I have a stalled project and a half-finished wall.

Poor Quality & Support: To top it off, a panel arrived damaged at the bottom. When I reached out for help, I was told to "just check the website" and "use a calculator."

For the price they charge, this level of service is unacceptable. They offer a "100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee," but they make it nearly impossible to actually get a resolution when their own tools and staff cause the error. I’m currently stuck with cut panels and no way to finish my room.

Communication was incredible, prompt delivery packaging could be better with extra layer on top of Wall Slates in the box. Wishes: 9-10ft pieces and end trim for horizontal applications. maybe even electrical box wrap.

While I do like the finished look and functionality with the attachments I was underwhelmed by the quality. I bought a new saw blade in anticipation of this project to make sure the cuts were clean as this is a focal wall in our living room. despite this, many of the cut edges splintered the veneer causing rough edges. Apart from this some staples were missing from the panels causing the slats to be very loose after cutting. We had to cut around a fireplace, wall outlets and a thermostat and every time we struggled to reattach the slats that came loose because the cuts were between stapled parts. Would love to have the option to buy replacement staples for these situations. The attachment like the dupps feel like pretty cheap plastic, I was expecting metal for the price. Overall a bit let down by the quality of the products.

Slats looked a bit cheap with mdf on sides, and very rough/sharp on edges considering I wanted to use in bedroom wall doubling as headboard.

Absolutely great product. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the Grey Oxide. Completely changed the feel of our bedroom. Such an easy process to put up. Thank you WoodUpp!

Shipping was good but mirror had some damage on it. Far away you won’t spot it but up close you can see the damaged spots
