I've been wanting to get this product for over 10 years, and I'm over-the-moon excited that it is finally gracing my walls.

We had a contractor install ours because we all have various disabilities, and we wanted the product done properly. And it is utter perfection!

Our contractor said it is the best-looking and sturdiest acoustic panels he's ever installed and that he wants to order some and recommend them to others now as well!! You have fans for life.

We intend to buy more as well and install them in other rooms too, and we all can't wait!!

The variety of the product is wonderful! Everything from the color options to the accessories you can obtain. We went with Cloud and Moss, and both are more gorgeous in person, even though they already looked fantastic on the website.

As I mentioned, the quality is exceptional! It is thick and sturdy.

We've already noticed a significant amount of noise reduction, which has been positively momentous. Our main issues with noise have always been our animals. Even the slightest noises outside set them off, but since installing WoodUpp's Akupanels it's like a switch went off, and our animals are so much calmer as a result.

I can't even hear if others are listening to their televisions until I stick my head out of my room. When I used to hear it through my walls, even with my noise-cancelling headphones sometimes! It feels like I'm in a completely different building now at times.

Before the panels, we tried getting noise machines to help drown out other sounds, but having them on now with the panels makes our rooms feel like we are in a spa with calming noise in the background.

Delivery was fast and efficient. I even noticed I didn't buy enough screws so I ordered more a different day from my initial order. But it all arrived on time with the main order. It was perfection from the start.

We absolutely will be ordering more from them!

Love the wall panels and WoodUpp is a great company.
Was a little disapointed that the panels came in two pcs instead of the 23 5/8 wide that was stated. I do realize that instead of shipping one 23 5/8 wide it is easier and less expeensive to ship 2 panels that equal that width. But I like to have the screws hit a stud and with the smaller widths thats not possible for each panel , so some panels I had to glue on the wall which I didnt want to do.

We did have a few challenges with installation. We reached out to customer support after reviewing the detailed installation videos. The customer support team was very fast and helpful. I will highly recommend the products to others. We were particularly impressed with the post purchase customer experience.

Materials and design are excellent quality and beauty. Only issues were long waiting time to receive the items and lack of instructions and support to get the electrical LED lights together. The boxes came with no instructions and then website is no help.

Shipped quickly, customer support gave great advice and was quick to respond to questions and concerns. End result as expected. Used along with large format limestone tiles for the surround and a mantel and it looks sharp!! A few pieces were rough, but we managed to work around those.

Wonderful multipurpose product! Everything arrived safely without any issues!

I’m especially impressed with WoodUpp customer service. A real person actually answers the phone promptly when you call and they are friendly and knowledgeable.
We applied the panels to one wall in our entry hallway and it was done in about 2 hours.
The panels were shipped quickly and carefully.
I’m already planning our next project.

I experienced poor communication overall after my purchase and subsequent return of one of the two items. I had some difficulty with a product and after one customer service rep stopped responding to my emails, another did and essentially accused me of returning the wrong product and made me provide visual evidence that I wasn’t lying (perhaps just my impression but this is how it felt). No response when I showed that I wasn’t lying. Just an email with a refund notice. Not sure I’d use this company again.

The product is fine. I had one or 2 pieces that were rough at the edges, looks like it wasn't a clean cut or glue on the edge but only noticeable from close up.

The packaging is great and deliveries arrived in a timely manner albeit in multiple deliveries over 3 days. Returns are near impossible. I ordered enough to create different options because I didn't know exactly the setup that would be best but I didn't realize that it would be so hard to make a return.

Product is excellent quality. It assembles well. Ordering process was a little confusing so far as what to pick for the sets that I was choosing solid communication and I knew when the boxes would be arriving.
I've had many compliments from people coming into my office and immediately noticing the new dividers and shelves

Instructions were great. Customer service superb. Received incorrect slats first time and was picked up and replaced within a couple of days. Finished product is beautiful.

Panels were what I expected, well made and easy to handle

The product is beautiful, versatile, and easy to install, but I believe you could improve the wood-on-felt attachment. I loved the accessories; they are well-made and incredibly useful.

Excellent communication and prompt responses. Just waiting on my client to approve the job.
