its been about a month since we ordered a shoe rack. never got it. I dont remember the exact date but I gave them some grace. I am going to wait a few more days and start a dispute for missing item. No excuse for the price I paid. Should have better shipping and tracking info

Not only do I love my table, but I was very pleased that there was such good communication regarding delivery and answers to my questions about maintenance to keep my table at its best. I live in a very dry environment and I was worried about cracking. The response to my questions was very fast. The quality of the table is outstanding. I'm a happy customer!

Cheap materials. Flimsy, bare wood. Very disappointed. I do NOT recommend buying from this company.

Wrong color shelf shipped, standing desk arrived damaged. Contacted woodartdeal customer service. Never offered to send the right color shelf, or return / exchange the desk. Instead was offered a 15% discount. When I declined the discount and asked for return / exchange options, never heard from their customer service again. I'm currently disputing this charge with my credit card company.

I would not purchase from this site again. First package lost. Second package came with missing hardware. The hardware that was included was cheap and not usable per our professional installer. When I asked for the missing prior to installation for the missing hardware to be replaced, they need the measurements of the holes because they don't consistently use the same hardware. A total nightmare of an experience.

Beware. Absolute crap of a business. It takes months to get what is ordered. My bookcase arrived with no instructions so they sent me a homemade video of some guy assembling the shelves and explained nothing. Hardware to attach to the wall makes no sense and is probably not correct for affixing to drywall. The shelf doesn’t even line up with the wall correctly because the 2 top pieces are different sizes by 2-3 inches in length. Save your time and money and move on from Wood art deal.
What a scam!

I ordered a wooden shelf online from Woodartdeal, a company apparently operating out of China but listing an address in Chino, California. I paid for the shelf but never received it.

After numerous email exchanges with the company, I was repeatedly promised that my order would arrive. The company provided an order number and a FedEx tracking number, neither of which proved to be valid. Despite these assurances, the merchandise never arrived.

DO NOT BUY!!!

Company refuses to issue a refund unless I leave a positive review. They sent me someone else’s package when i asked them to cancel and refund my money. Customer service is horrendous!! PayPal wouldn’t help and having to get AmEx involved unfortunately. Cant stress enough that this is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.

I ordered a nice looking wood table as a surprise for my son's family. But, I was the one who got surprised. A few days after ordering through woodartdeal.com ,I found out that my son had gotten a wood table.
Woodartdeal.com quickly refunded the full purchase price after I explained what had happened

Misleading shipping times on website. It took 2 months to receive the product. The quality is poor and the live edge is not a real live edge but rather a piece of wood (pine possibly) cut to look uneven on one edge. The box arrived severely damaged with one of the brackets missing. I guess it fell out of the large hole in the box. The “oak” finish is yellow, not a natural looking oak finish. It looks cheap. Don’t waste your money

While the final product looks great and met my needs, and Chloe was great in keeping me updated and providing a small refund due to late arrival, the estimated time to ship was WAY OFF, arriving weeks after the first expected dates. Because it comes from China, the updates online are vague and then wrong. The only updates I could get were from emailing Chloe. Again, Chloe was GREAT, but I had to pull the information and the estimates were always rosier than actuality.

Don't use this company.

Delivery took a very long time. Item was shipped from overseas after weeks of frustrating waiting without receiving clear shipping information. False advertisement as the item did not match online description. The item was made with extremely cheap materials. Its actually sad. I can't believe I paid for this garbage. I am very unhappy with the product and the service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I ended up having to cancel my order but the customer service was easy to work with and helped me solve the issue quickly.

My table and bench are beautiful. Everything was very meticulously packaged. Chloe, the customer service person, was quick to respond to my emails, tracked the packages for me, and gave me the 10% discount I had missed seeing when I ordered!

After waiting 6 weeks for my bar and barstools they were not as pictured. The “Live Edge” is not natural. They took a rectangle board and sanded one curve out of it. Looks really bad and the finish looks like pine. The barstool seats are not the color in the picture either. This was a bad purchase.

I added this after their reply, which is totally BS. They know exactly what they sent me and there’s no way to fix it. Junk is junk.

I ordered a product from this company in error and reached out to them to cancel even though the transaction had already been processed. I reached out to them by email, explained my circumstances and they were very accepting of my explanation and immediately refunded the amount without delay. Based on my experience, I trust that their customer is exemplary should I have an opportunity to do business with them going forward.

Almost one full month, nothing has arrived. Do NOT order from here unless you are willing to wait one maybe two months. Delivery straight from China. Tracking often has item sitting somewhere for days. When I purchased, tracking said 8-10 days.

We are SO PLEASED with the wooden shelf we ordered and received from Wood Artdeal. I wish I could include pictures. The shelf if a gorgeous piece of wood that has a gorgeous curve on the front. It's far more beautiful than we could have ever expected. The directions for mounting the shelf were very easy and it went perfectly for us! We now have a gorgeous wooden shelf under our tv outside that now holds our soundbar. I could NOT BE HAPPIER!!!!

We love the size, shape and style of the onegrain bar table. But, there are questions about the quality and customer support is non-existent. When the table arrived, a number of the adjustable feet were damaged. When we contacted customer support, no response. Then over time, the lamination on the surface started to crack and peel off. I sent an email to customer support. No response.
