If you book through wondergifts you…
If you book through wondergifts you will face difficulties in rescheduling on any emergency or crises. They will absolutely not support, no rescheduling supported .
The main organizing place will have flexible options but if you take through this website you will have zero support and just a waste of time and money.
Worst experience and landed up loosing the voucher and wasting it. Total money, time lost. All I felt after contacting the support team is even if your about to die or be in any national crisis or emergency you must consume the voucher on the same day you have booked else it will be wasted.
These people are literally not bothered about your safety or concerns. All they will tell is please use the voucher on the day you have booked or else it will be invalid.
Personal advise pls avoid this website unless you have no options

The worst situation was happened today when I went to restaurant I gave them the QR code with my family the restaurant staff told me that this is not a confirmation email and we can’t act for that it’s a worst conditions and I was shamed until 1 hour to Check the reservation I feel shame what is going on and my friends was surprised I’m not recommending this place or website to any person

Great customer service
