Too many bugs

Unprofessional support and endless runarounds
Wirestock has been a huge headache to deal with. Their support team takes forever to reply, and when they finally do, every representative tells you something completely different. There is zero communication or internal organization. Getting a clear answer to a basic issue is nearly impossible, and the total lack of professionalism is exhausting. Avoid this service unless you want to waste your time chasing down conflicting support messages.

Would never recommend. on everything they asking almost half the market price, and training AI with it to eventually leave us without anything in the future. on top of that they approving 50% roughly of your sets and you never know what is happening with the sets that are “rejected”

The platform is designed nice and easy to use but other than that everything else is a nightmare. Their response time, changing the project brief few times a week (after each change all unreviewed sets are getting rejected). therefore 1/5

Scammers. My friends downloaded photos from my profile, but the downloads were never counted. When I contacted support, I received no explanation. Instead, from that day on, my earnings dropped to zero. This happened before they removed the opportunity to earn money from stock photos. I also find this behavior disgusting. I don't understand how anyone can give them good ratings. It happened in 2024 but the system doesn't let you choose 2024.

wirestock never stops amazing me

I worked on many projects for this company. The projects I worked for they did not ask for a consent form for the people I submitted for the 95% of the duration of the project. Then later on when they told me that a consent form is needed if the face of the person is visible I said ok, I will stop participating in the projects because it is impossible to get a consent form singed for so many different people.
Now I go on to their website, and the work that I have submitted (without the consent forms) is on sale as a dataset. This is such an ethical issue, because I was never told that without a consent form my work will become a public sale object for any company to purchase, and on top of that they have rejected most of my work because of the consent form by the end of the project, but now apparently they are ok with selling large amounts of datasets that may potentially include a lot of sets without a consent form.

I uploaded approximately 5,000 images to Wirestock at the beginning of the year and spent a significant amount of time building my portfolio.

After several months, I logged back into my account to check my portfolio and earnings. To my surprise, all of my uploaded images were missing, and there were no earnings associated with my account. My account was still active, but my portfolio appeared to be completely empty.

I have contacted support and requested an investigation into what happened to my content. As a contributor, this situation is extremely frustrating because of the time and effort invested in uploading thousands of images.

I hope Wirestock will thoroughly investigate this issue, explain what happened to my portfolio, and provide a solution to restore my content if possible.

At this time, I am disappointed with my experience and the lack of clarity regarding the disappearance of my uploaded images.

Hello, how are you? Last month I had 299 sets approved in the Vertex project, but only 285 sets were paid. Normally the balance updates on the 7th and is paid today or tomorrow, but the balance hasn't been updated yet. I'd like to know why it hasn't been updated and paid yet.

My tax information is approved and correct, and it's been two months since this project was paid. Please review this now.

As a professional photographer, I have had an excellent experience with Wirestock. The platform is highly organized, reliable, and truly professional in every aspect. Their team takes their work seriously, provides outstanding support, and continuously improves the experience for contributors. Wirestock has made the process of managing and distributing my content much more efficient. I highly recommend it to photographers and creators looking for a trustworthy and well-managed platform.

Predatory platform. Their Creative Services Agreement is an insult to artists—demanding total anonymity, stripping you of all IP rights, and using your art for AI training for a joke of a fee. On top of that, their website broken on purpose and doesn't allow account deletion, claiming a correct password is 'incorrect'. Avoid at all costs.

Solution and Customer Communications are on a very high level

My experience with Wirestock has been excellent. I have been a member of their community for about 4–5 years, dating back to the time when they operated as an intermediary company for the distribution and processing of stock content for other platforms.
Recently, I have been working on specific projects based on their clients requests, and I am very satisfied. I would especially highlight a few things:

1. Respect for contributors
2. Fair and reliable payment for project collaborators — always exactly as agreed
3. Constant availability for additional explanations and project-related information
4. Patience during the review process and while making corrections to photo sets that may have certain imperfections

For these reasons, among many others, I would highly recommend Wirestock to everyone. Personally, I will continue investing even more effort and energy into creating the highest-quality content possible, because it is truly worth it!

they do give a fast response in every try project, they communicate well if there’s any delay and act on any miscommunication mistakes with good solution, and payment wise sometime fast sometimes can be delayed but again they still communicate it really well
