As a new customer to winxwheels, first of all I would like to say thank you for the quality of the pants. These things fit me great. Actually better than my regular jeans that I wear. The fit is right, the comfort is right, and I will actually wear them for more than just riding. They are going to be everyday jeans.

I bought 3 pairs of motorcycle pants (2 Ride ready, 1 Aramid), 1 pair of leather glove, padded motorcycle underwear. I believe I'm a good customer...

Winxwheel motorcycle product are comfortable. As long as you find your right fit on your purchase.
Basically their product are good but there customer service is very poor. You cannot talk to them directly ... I left 4 phone messages and at least 6-8 Email messages because I wanted to return and change my Aramid motorcycle pant that were too small... (They had told me that the size were identical has the Ride ready motorcycle pants but they are not). And now I'm stuck with a pair of pant that is to small and no news from them ...I'm very disappointed in Winxwheel. They seem to care about them FIRST and than you the customer in second...

Again, products are good and comfortable but customer service is POOR !

That is why I change my 5 Stars ratting for a 3 Stars ratting. Customer service is the foundation of any companies and the customer interaction should be a priority !

Winx Wheels product are made of good and comfortable quality material. I purchase the Medium size motorcycle pants and was amazed by the comfort I experience wairing them. I liked them so much that I ordered a second pair... I decided to go for the size Small, because even if the Medium fit me well I felt the knee padding were not being perfectly aligned with my knees. The pair of Small fit me even better... like a pair of glove ! I totally recommend them. Just take the time to analyses and get the proper size. I've been riding since I am 17 years old, and wish I would have come across those pants before... Also for size reference, I'm 5,5 feet, 150-155 lbs.

Will and his full support staff have been very efficient in dealing with any minor problems I have had, the response has always been swift and accommodating, whilst we all know there are alternatives in this electronic age I feel you cannot beat being able to deal direct with a helpful member of the team, I am happy with not only the product supplied in a timely fashion but more so the service which is over and above comparable businesses, for a young company I can only wish Will and the team every success going forward ten out of ten, Marty,Perth.

I bought the bike pants and some hand brake locks.
The locks are fine and work well.
I never like buying clothes online and the pants are an ‘ok’ fit. Waist is too big and leg is too short by an inch. I probably won’t buy them again. Many (Manny) apparently replied to my enquiry but I haven’t found it.

Moto-pants. 3 months and 4500 miles.
These are extremely comfortable for hours in the saddle. Waist allows for movement without bunching or binding between rider and seat. Thigh panels flex and feel great. Legs stay on the boot and do not ride up even when on the highway pegs. After 4500 miles of northeast winter riding with salt and sand on top of machine washing after every couple of rides these jeans are holding up well.
First down. The waist button is just a poor design. The back will work it's way out of the button hole after many uses. A 25 cent rubber fender washer took care of that problem.
Second down. Winxwheels appears to have a supply and/or shipping issue as well as marginal tracking. Customer service was quick to address this issue but as of right now my second order is about a month old and not shipped. I will have three pairs by the time spring touring is here.
I would have given them a 5 star if I did not have to search for that darn button on a gas station bathroom floor.

I purchased a couple pair of riding pants and after several weeks i got nothing. I called the 800 number and they were very helpful and found my order got lost somehow. They were right on it and got them to me in reasonable time and kept me updated as the process went on. The pants by the way seem to be made well and very comfortable.

Last year I bought a pair of the Winx shorts, and I was doubtful after looking at them, but after a day long ride, I found they really were comfortable and my butt didn’t get sore. I ordered the pants a couple of weeks ago and after trying them on today I think they look and fit great, again, very comfortable! No complaints here! Now if it would quit snowing….

I contacted Winx Wheels regarding a defective product, and they requested pictures which I provided. I then received the following: "Upon checking this with our team, unfortunately, this is not covered by our damaged warranty due to the product being damaged outside the 5 days reporting period warranty." At this point I advised them it would exercise my " Risk Free Warrantee" and requested a RA (return authorization). The stitching came loose after one use, a five hour ride. I would give them a One star for customer service, but since the shorts were comfortable, I gave them two. It's really sad to see they are reluctant to stand behind a product that was used one time.

Communication was good and I was told I would receive my postage refunded and a 20% discount given for the delayed shipping. Hoping this happens.

Bought a motorcycle lock used twice in the in a few months then a 3rd time and it would not lock, I reached out to Winx and after a few emails back & forth they provided a replacement. Excellent service Thank You.

Bought a pair of riding pants, really didn't know what to expect. Got them, tried them on and fell in love with these pants. Comfortable, size was correct, the extra pads were great too. Easy to put in and remove the protective pads. Got LOTS of compliments on the pants, and was asked where I got them, of course I said WINX! I will definitely be ordering another pair and also checking out your other products. I ordered a pair of the gell briefs and they to we're AWESOME. I will definitely remain a loyal customer.

I’m a second time customer and that means I was pleased with my first time purchase. I usually buy from Revzilla which has been great, I seen your website and thought I would give you guys a try, I’m glad I did!!

Quality of the products received are amazing. I got the turbo handlebar lock, the gel shorts and a pair of their leather gloves.
Can’t say anything bad about these products.

I have ordered pants and gloves 25 days ago, neither item have arrived yet. All I'm getting from email correspondence is a thanks for my patients and the order are on its way. I have asked that someone from Winx Wheels call me. As of today, still no call from Winx Wheels. I sure hope I haven't been scammed. If I ever do receive the pants and gloves, I sure hope they are worth the wait. I also hope that I am able to give a good review. As of now not much confidence in this company.

I recently bought a couple of pairs of gel shorts from winx wheels.
I truly was not expecting much from the product but being desperate to protect my butt, I tried them out on my next ride.
I usually got really sore after about 5hrs but over the 10hr test ride I had zero discomfort!
I have zero hesitation in recommending this product or winx wheels.

I reluctantly ordered a pair due to the price. I've been riding for 50 years and this is the dearest pair of jeans I've ever owned or bought. When I put them on I was very impressed. Very very comfortable and really good looking practical safety clothing. The 4 safety pads are easy to install and remove when you want to wear these as normal dress jeans. The flexible material allows the jeans to fit snugly to your contour. Many many pockets which are very practical and well positioned. The best purchase I have ever made for motorbike clothing.

It is coincidental that this review request was sent to me. When I purchased the Winx padded riding shorts I also purchased the same thing from Moto Skeevez, so I could compare the two brands. The Winx shorts arrived with no problems (ie right size and in a few days by mail). The MS brand was a different story. I received a small women’s size instead of the large men’s that I ordered. I contacted MS and after having to prove the error the owner of MS told me the error was made by their fulfillment center in a condescending manner. Somehow it was my fault. It took 6 weeks from time of order to get the correct MS shorts. MS’s way of handling this made it easy for me to continue purchasing my motorcycle gear from Winx.

I am purchasing my second pair of Women’s Ultra Shorts. When buying my first pair I had my doubts that they would make any difference at all. To my pleasant surprise I was able to ride my motorcycle for 4 hrs without complaining about “NUMB BUM”
My best before the shorts was normally about 1 1/2 hrs. They are also moisture wicking - great on hot summer days! I am purchasing a 2nd pair for an extra long trip while one is being laundered. I am riding in comfort as the rest of the group is complaining and needing to stop. Thank you Winx

I ordered my riding pants from here they were awesome just ordered my tail bag can’t wait to get it

Ordered over a month ago. Still no product. I have emailed several times and all I get is “sorry for the inconvenience and we will ship your order soon.” USPS sucks.. don’t use them if you can’t resolve your shipping issues and satisfy your customers. - edit: winx wheels reached out to me and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I requested a re ship because I truly wanted the product and am looking forward to trying it. If it was not for the shipping issue, the negative review would have likely never occurred. The new order is on its way and I will update this review to reflect the actual product once I get it.

-update 3 Finally recieved the pants and gloves I ordered over a month ago. The packaging was opened,looks like with a razor knife, but all the contents were there. Again, stop using usps as they are really awful… however the gloves and pants fit perfect and are of seemingly good quality. So all in all the only real issue has been delivery related. Minus one star for that. Winx customer service delivered on their promise and thanks for that.
