I entered bank information for a trial offer and canceled subscription in less than 2 hours and 2 months later they are still charging me. This is after countless hours to stop the service. The only way to communicate with them is through the app and the only way to communicate through the app is with a subscription. The bank statement can provide a phone number with a voice recording that says mail box is full, goodbye. So emailed the email address on bank statement and the response was that I have the wrong company and i have no account and they have no record of charging me. After explaining that that was not possible because the bank statement showing charges also provides the email address and phone number for company that posted charges, they responded with sorry for any confusion call the bank and return all other mail as undeliverable.

It has been helpful by giving options, and I like that, however, it would be nice to have conversations that move it to the next level once we're getting regular responses.
