Had a very pleasant technical advisor come round he gave me lots of information very thorough, we opted for a full new conservatory roof and service - paid a deposit - within a week Someone had been out I think surveyor measures all up loveley chap.
They did advise there to be a wait for parts roof etc … but within 4 weeks all was completed I cannot begin to tell you how pleased we are with everything and with the company will definitely be recommending and telling friends family and colleagues.

If i could give no stars i would! I would not use this company again! Let down from start to finish, never turned up to do the job, paid a deposit took lots and lots of phonecalls to get it back that's when i could get through, very disappointing caused me lots of stress!!!!!!

Overpriced, don’t wast your time asking for a quote.

Finally I have a conservatory! I had to wait a long time.
The joiners arrived. Then the work started Wow Josh and Bob were brilliant and had the conservatory up in two days. They were both nice guy’s and a pleasure to have them working with us.
They left the conservatory looking clean and good. Excellent

My new glass conservatory roof is perfect.

Booked them in for a "full service", with new edging and weather sealing, some new handles, door gaskets, locks etc where they were worn or broken .

All the people I spoke to had good knowledge and were the only people I'd contacted for quotes who were prompt, polite, phoned and arrived when they said they would. The crew on the day were punctual, polite and efficient, one also fixed an internal door on his own initiative (after asking) when he saw it has loose glass - top marks. Would recommend these guys without a doubt. -Kirk Summerwill

The conservatory was leaking badly and initially 3 men came out but then disappeared on an emergency Following several phone calls a new team was despatched and the job was carried out to a satisfactory level. we can now enjoy the conservatory without buckets catching the rain. Staff were all professional and courteous

We had our conservatory re-glassed with new seals and self cleaning glass. We also had a new gutter system on the conservatory and on the main house. The workmen were very efficient and professional to deal with. What makes this company outstanding is the great service we got from Mr Graeme Putman, thé managing director who was available for every query and smoothed out any problems we had. We would most certainly use them again and recommend.

Horrendous. I would simply avoid.

Needed repairs on approx 7 windows. Got in touch for a quote, which they failed to show up for on 3 occasions. Finally price the job up at £2,400. Seemed high but we agreeded and paid a 50% deposit. Didn't hear from them again. I got in touch for a refund within the 14 day cancellation period and it was painful. They tried to say someone else had been round for a full inspection after the quote, which they hadn't, so had to have a battle on that before finally getting the money back.

Got another company round and they quoted £348 for the same job. That says everything.

They took £600 deposit for a 3600 job. I found a quote far cheaper (quarter of the price) and cancelled. They still haven't returned my cash deposit, rude initially now not even answering the phone.

Avoid at all costs (they have replied 9 months later to say I'm fake well check under the name costin 😀

When I tried to complain about the bad work the woman was stroppy with me and put down the phone. They left me without a proper lock for four weeks and an emergency caused me to pay and fix it.

The two installers arrived slightly early, were very friendly and efficient we could not of asked for better service. 6 windows were replaced, two large windows in the lounge had seals removed and replaced as well as new silicone. This took them approximately 1 hour and a half. I would like to thank both Quinton and Phillip for the excellent service. I will recommend Window Warranty to anyone who needs windows repaired or replaced.

Justin&Andy came today 14.4.2022 to carry out the annual maintenance They were both very polite and friendly.They both worked non stop from the time of arrival until they finished tidying up leaving everywhere spotless.It was a pleasure having them in my home

The fitters Installed new grey cladding to replace old white cheap PVC cladding by builder , and replace plywood boarding which was wrotten and were very knowledgable about the system , where my cladding/ windows had leaked too.
The new cladding to two dormers and porch fascia make the house look much better & the bedrooms with the dormers warmer . They cleaned up after themselves on a regular basis .
Would recommend them to anyone… and Window Warranties we’re very fair on pricing and install dates too.

Terrible experience. My elderly mother signed a contract with them to change a glass panel in her conservatory and paid a £600 deposit. Heard nothing from them for 6 months! We finally managed to contact the company, but now they want to put the price up! My mum said she couldn’t afford it, plus they broke their contract, she is going to ask for her deposit back and have the work done by a more honest company.

The workmen did a good job fitting facia board and guttering. Hopefully no more leaking gutter. All the rubbish was taken away and my front was left clean and tidy. Very pleased.

The guys fitted my new fascias, soffits, seamless guttering & downpipe today. They also added a mesh which will prevent leaves from collecting in gutter. l was happy with the workmanship, they were efficient & tidied up after themselves! Hopefully no more leaky gutters & downpipe!!

I had my conservatory roof replaced and three double glazed windows. Professional advice form the start and an excellent job.
