Totally professional from start to finish. Everything worked and was timely as they said it would be - installation was quick and very tidy. No hesitation in recommending these guys. System works really well - wish id done it sooner!

I've always been one for shouting about good service, and having thought about solar panels for a while, the gulf crisis and impending energy price shock gave us the kick we needed.
Anyone that's been through the process of looking for a provider knows what a minefield it is, at the last minute I approached one of our local firms Greenlinc Plumbing & Renewables due to a deal popping up on my Instagram and I'm so glad I did. Not only were they significantly more competitive than the others I'd looked at the service from start to finish has been absolutely second to none, so much so, that as our combi had been on the fritz and was at least going to require a decent service/repair as it was out of warranty, we decided to get them to do a heat pump at the same time. I honestly cannot speak highly enough about everyone I've met or spoken to in the company, from Caitlin and Jade in the office, to Brendan and the sparky team, Dan and Kane who did the heat pump installation, right up to Director Dan. If you're in Lincolnshire/North East Lincolnshire and considering renewables, I'd strongly recommend getting in touch with them.
What a great project this has been from start to finish, from getting a site visit and estimate with in hours and not days.
Project manager M was professional and most helpful in our transition over to a heat pump which we had limited knowledge on.
When it came to fit out day W and K that came could not be more respectful to us and our home.
On their final day which was one day ahead of the estimate which was brilliant, the electrician's F and B could not be more helpful in sorting out a wiring issue our old electrician had left us with.
I have to finally say to the owners you have a great team of people working for you and you should be proud of the team you have put together.
Air source heat pump, solar panel and solar battery instalation.
The office team and Michael have been absolutely brilliant, couldn't fault them at all. My power was off so they couldn't finish installing the air source heat pump in one visit. A lot of contractors would have vocalised their annoyance but they have been nothing but colaborative, timely and proffessional. They are exactly the type of people I'm happy the trust with my project and would recommend them to anyone considering having any heat pump or solar installed. Thanks guys!
From getting a quote to the finish of the job Dan and his team were excellent in every area. We live in an area that doesn't have mains gas so the government subsidy for heat pumps prompted us to get quotes for our home.
Greenlinc was far and away the most comprehensive quote and Dan also prepared a quote for solar,with projected savings for us. We had no central heating so the team had to start from scratch and fitted us with a fantastic system.We've just had our first full year running the heat pump and solar system and as well as having a lovely warm home we have saved two thousand pounds on our usual electricity bill. There have been no problems with our system and any queries we have made have been promptly delt with. I would recommend greenlinc renewables to anyone!

Do not use this firm I have had the most horrendous experience. The service for my heat pump should have been a simple job nothing was wrong with it. First I’m left with no heating I was ill and couldn’t get back to them straight away which they held against me. When someone came back I was told it was an electrical fault. Waited days for the electrician to come who said my heating settings were all wrong he fixed them and I finally had heating but no hot water . They promised to come out on the only day I was in only to let me down. When I phoned them to ask when someone was coming out they hadn’t got the appointment they promised and I’m told I would have to pay a call out fee. All the problems I’ve had started with the service they are a nightmare . The person I am calling out is Michael. He has no idea what customer service is you must not get upset when you are talking to him as he will shut down your call . They have left me with no hot water for days and don’t give a damn.
How they have got the high stars and good reviews is a mystery to me .
DO NOT USE THEM THEYDONT GIVE A DAMN AND ARE VERY RUDE . Shame they don’t know what they are doing on a simple job
I can’t begin to say how I regret I ever used them.
I never write reviews but I felt I must try and protect others from making the mistake I made believing their advert that are the best in Lincoln . Utter Rubbish

We are sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience. However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding the service provided.
Following your initial service appointment, we did not receive any contact from you regarding further issues until 16th February although your service was on the 7th January. Once you contacted us again, we arranged for an engineer to attend your property the very same day and you were not charged for this visit. He noted an electrical issue which would not have been caused during a service.
After that visit, we attempted to arrange a further callout for our electrician to visit, due to illness this was booked for the following week, however we did provide you with a companies details that offered emergency call outs, which you declined. The electrician visited and left with the heating and hot water working, again you was not charged for this. You then called again this week and we offered you the Wednesday or Thursday, but unfortunately those dates did not suit your availability. You requested a Friday appointment; however, Fridays are our busiest day and we were unable to accommodate this at short notice.
It is also important to note that we did not install the heating system, and both engineers who attended advised that the system is an older installation, which may be contributing to the issues you are experiencing. When our engineers left your property, both heating and hot water were operational.
We have listened back to the recorded calls relating to this matter. During those calls, our office staff experienced aggressive language, and as a company we must ensure that our team are treated respectfully.
As a goodwill gesture, one of our engineers did offer to attend on his day off; however, when we attempted to return your call to arrange this, the call was disconnected.
We always aim to provide a professional and fair service to all customers. As we explained at the time, we cannot continue to provide free call-outs, particularly for systems that we did not install.
We regret that you feel dissatisfied, but we remain confident that we acted reasonably and attempted to assist wherever possible.
Dan has been great at working with me to resolve the ongoing issues I have had with my 8-year-old Mitsubishi ASHP . At first Dan arranged a whatts app conference call so that I could talk through the issues and show him online, this was followed up by 2 site visits. Dan then put together options and prices for me to think about. I decided to Let Dan and his team put in a new cylinder and re-engineer the pipe work and circulation pumps he also replaced the incorrect pipe work that was being used to my main bathrooms , the work was completed within 2 days and is currently working far better than it has before . I have been asked to monitor the system and keep Dan informed on its performance. I cannot thank him and the team enough.
The Greenlinc team have done an excellent job in providing us with an air source heat pump installation. Craig instilled confidence from our first meeting. He assessed our needs and provided us with clear and well informed advice. The team, who comprised of Carl, Josh, Will, Dan Jake and Jack were very conscientious and knowledgeable. The installation process went well due to the experience and expertise of the team. There was minimum disruption to the household while work was carried out and the team were very easy company from start to finish. Thank you to all, including Jade and Caitlin for sorting out the paper work. It’s a great feeling to be rid of the old oil burner. We are very happy with pump and would highly recommend Greenlinc to others.

They were totally professional and not only would I recommend the system we have had fitted but also the team that fitted it. Absolute trust in all aspects of their work and the fitting team Brendon & Josh are two of the nicest lads you could wish to meet. A credit to the company. Caitlin made the initial onsite assessment and continued with all the admin and office based needs but very pleased to see her make an onsite visit on completion. This team deserve all the praise and more. Even the scaffold team arrived promptly and carried out all the work in a timely safe manner and again come highly recommended. If anyone is considering solar panels this team will perform. A++++++++
Dan and his team fitted a Solar PV and Batteries to our home. Very professional team (Brendan, Richie and Lee) who just got on with the job and installed a very neat looking system in under a day. Left the site all clean and tidy; would highly recommend.
We contacted Dan and the team at GreenLinc to install an air source heat pump, from start to finish they delivered a 5 star service. We are so happy with the product and would highly recommend them for all renewable energy services. We are now saving lots of money and we couldn’t be happier! Thanks again 😊
