Wilsons Recenzje

After Frank took over our move everything went smoothly and within 1st view to getting the keys took less than 8 weeks.
Craig was fantastic throughout he was extremely patient with our continual questions.

Few issues at the start of the purchasing process with the agents not knowing I had put an offer in but after Maxine and James stepped in, the process was a lot smoother!

I was purchasing a property they kept me informed at all stages always polite and willing to help liased in a professional way with my financial advisor and solicitor
Overall a real professional service I would defiantly use them again

very honest with hard work

I like their work. Initially they showed me underrated property, but second option was precisely what my family wanted.

Overall, Wilsons is really helpful and always give the constructive informations to us.

Thanks! We got the house :)

Stephen and the team at Wilsons were excellent. Really professional at all times and extremely supportive when our buyer started playing silly games. They resolved all issues efficiently and effectively and helped us secure the best price for our property.
I couldn't recommend them more to someone looking to get the best price for their property whilst experiencing a first class customer experience. I felt very informed at all stages and that Wilsons were working in my interests rather than just securing the sale, and it's things like that that you need from an agent.

I have had brilliant service from Carol and Maxine at Wilsons, Carol has been very accommodating in assisting us with our requirements for our let property, she has been communicating with me throughout the process and keeping me updated regularly.

Carol and her letting Dept look after our properties with great care and professionalism. Nothing is too much trouble and the response to queries however small are always dealt with promptly and without fuss. We have used other Agents in the past but the service that we get from Wilson's is fantastic and we would recommend them to anyone thinking of letting their property, one or more as they are in very capable hands. Well Done and Thank You. R&M.

An excellent company to deal with. They kept in close contact throughout the whole process, going above and beyond to get things done. Very happy to recommend this highly professional yet approachable team who ultimately managed to sell my property at a very good price.

We are purchasing a property through Wilsons and have received excellent advice and a friendly service throughout. Maxine shows real enthusiasm and understands how exciting and important this time is for her customers. Would recommend.

Wilson has helped me settling down in UK. Not only they did their job very well, they also provided me with useful information and advice about living in Coventry. This agent is highly recommended.

I would not only recommend Wilsons but also patronise them again and again should the need arise. Carol works hard to ensure we are comfortable and our requirements are met. The customer service is definitely second to none and we have received a 10 out of 10 service from Carol Wooding thus far.

Sometimes the information given is choppy. When you require documents, please ask it once and for all, and not back and forth. It takes too much time.

Received excellent service from Wildons from beginning to end. Professional and friendly advice made the whole selling and buying a property stress free for us. Was really impressed when our first chosen buyer looked like they weren't going to be able to proceed they immediately got on the phone to another interested buyer to see if their situation had changed. It had and we proceeded with them and for more money. If they hadn't we would of been weeks if not months delayed.

The Staff at Wilsons were all fantastic. Im really pleased I choose Wilsons, their approach was first class they kept me updated regularly and the process of renting my house out went smoothly. I couldnt fault their service. I would definately recommend them to anyone

It took a while to sort out but finally I managed to secure a house for my Uni accommodation. The First agent I got was honestly terrible, and was unable to discuss anything with her, and just ended up asking the same question again and again.

However, after she left Wilsons, the agent (Carol) who took over was absolutely fantastic. Everything was done quickly and smoothly, and the information she provided was good. She communicated well, and any problems I had with the house, she sorted it out very quickly. If Carol was to have dealt with the house from the start it would probably have been sorted out much sooner.

On the whole I was happy to have sorted out a house for my final year of uni, thanks to Carol and Wilsons. :)
