I just absolutely love their earrings

I just absolutely love their earrings, I had sensitive ears after having my lobes pierced and swapped my labrets for Willa and Bo huggies and havent had a single issue with sensitivity since! Theyre such beautiful quality, havent tarnished and the service is second to none! I received a lovely handwritten note in with my order and it was such a lovely personal touch!

I literally never write reviews but they have really gone above and beyond for me when the slider style did not work for me and my necklace fell off. I massively appreciated it and am now a loyal customer.

Excellent customer service

I recently lost the back of one of my earrings, which by the way are the comfiest earrings ever and reached out to see if I could purchase a replacement. To my surprise and delight, they responded quickly and sent out a new one without any fuss — and at no cost! The process was completely hassle-free, and their customer service was friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. It's so refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind their products and goes the extra mile for their customers. Highly recommended!
