Excellent customer service, excellent jewellery.
It doesn’t tarnish at all, shower, gym use, I wear them all the time !!! For years .
I have brought numerous items , I keep returning as the pieces are such excellent quality. Lovely packaging, Han written notes !!!

Willa & Bo stands out for their exquisite jewelry and top-notch service. My quest for non-tarnishing, non-darkening, and non-irritating gold earrings led me to buy from them, and I've cherished those earrings ever since. They're so affordable and flawless that I've added several more to my collection. Debs provides exceptional service, with beautiful packaging and personal notes. Twice, she has exceeded my expectations with a custom necklace. Once, the chain with personalized charms gave me trouble, and another time, my child snapped it. Debs responded with unmatched care, kindness, and generosity. I'm truly thankful and remain a loyal Willa & Bo customer. I wholeheartedly recommend them and Debs—many thanks!

I've ordered from Willa & Bo several times now and each time the delivery has been fast, the communication has been great, and the product has been gorgeous! Lovely variety of pieces available which always receive compliments. The owner, Debbie, is great to speak with if I've ever had a query on a piece. All in all, would thoroughly recommend.

Great quick service, with the item delivered within 48 hrs of placing the order in time for Christmas. X

Love Willa & Bo for their beautiful jewellery and first class customer service. I originally purchased some earrings as I was on the hunt for some gold earrings that didn’t tarnish, didn’t make my ears black, and most importantly didn’t itch my ears. Willa & Bo ticked all the boxes and I still adore my earrings today, so much so that I’ve gone on to purchase a few more pairs as they’re so reasonably priced and tick all the boxes for me. Debs’ customer service is first class, with stunning packaging and hand written notes. On top of this, Debs has gone above and beyond for me on 2 occasions with the personalised necklace I purchased from her. I was having trouble with the necklace that the personalised charms were laced onto and then my little one pulled it off my neck and broke it. Debs level of responsiveness, care, kindness and generosity was of a level I’ve never experienced before and I’m so grateful to her. I’m a life long customer of Willa and Bo and I can’t recommend the company and Debs enough - thank you so much!

The most lovely company to deal with - brilliant customer service, gorgeous products and packaging and super quick delivery.

Gorgeous item - arrived so quickly and beautifully packaged. Thank you!

The most beautiful jewellery, gorgeous packaging with super fast delivery with a lovely handwritten note and the quality is absolutely superb.

I’ve bought several pairs of earrings now (mainly gold huggies) and a necklace and it’s all my favourite jewellery! Never loses it’s colour or shine (even when on holiday, in the pool and sun etc) I prefer quite simple jewellery and I love that it’s so lightweight; I barely even notice I’m wearing it! I get overstimulated very easily and avoided jewellery most of my life because of this (ADHD sensory issues) so I’m just so pleased I’ve found gorgeous jewellery that I love to wear!

Delivery timings are super efficient and it’s always so beautifully wrapped.

Beautifully wrapped, with quick delivery and a lovely thank you note. Ordered 2 pairs of earrings for my daughters Christmas and they are stunning
