Hannah always makes me feel relaxed and at ease with my treatments. I don’t enjoy the experience of beauty treatments and used to get my eyebrows done out of sheer necessity, now I also enjoy a facial and see it as a pamper rather than a chore thanks to Hannah.

Hannah gave me a slight top up on my top lip as some of the filler didn't sit in the right place possibly due to being poorly with flu. Very friendly and professional. Happy to return at a later date. Highly recommended

Scammer.

We bought a Groupon for this company months ago for my mother in law, tried booking several times with the provided phone number and never managed to speak to anyone. Finally my wife was able to make the booking via email for the 8th at 3pm.

We've driven to pick up my mother in law and headed to wildflower only to be greeted with closed shutters, shop clearly closed and ofcourse, true to form, no one answering the phone as per usual.

Will be involving trading standards and Groupon.

Edit to reply to owner (as ive only just seen their response): We provided the screen shots of attempted phone calls and texts from my wife to yourself BEFORE 3PM. They arrived early nevermind on time.

So before you make up lies and slate people for poor time keeping when that was not even the issue we suggest you get your facts right.

Thankfully Groupon agreed with us. They refunded my wife in full, we purchased a treatment elsewhere and my mother in law was happy in the end.

Avoid at all costs is my honest opinion.

Stole my money! I've got a voucher for a facial for my mum as a gift as advertised that they are in Byker. When my mum tried to book it it transpired that they are now in lemington. We were unable to contact them via mobile and the last only ever replied via email. We've booked the facial for 8.04.23at 3pm but when we arrived the shutters were down and there was no one around. I tried to call but yet again it went to voicemail.

Edit. See reply by scammer. In short I was at the correct location in lemington half an hour early and NO ONE was there. Shutters were down. My mum and I waited and no one came. I even rang the mobile number associated with this place and it went straight to voicemail as it did every time I tried to contact them. I advised were here but place is shut and for them to call me asap. Still not received that call. So we we waited a bit longer and took a photo of closed shutters to prove it since I knew I'll have to have it in order to get my money back for service not provided.
I think it's very telling that I still haven't had a reply from owner to my phonecall and yet replied to a review in a matter of minutes.
Also just so we clear I've simply left a review on here and Google. That's all

I was quite nervous before I went for this treatment as was worried about looking too false. However Hannah explained everything and listened to what I hoped the outcome to be. She did a great job and am so happy with the outcome expect need a top up sometime so will be back. Great girls highly recommend.

That's quite convenient and they could have done the appointment whilst texting on the phone for half an hour, i never got an apology kiss my butt or nothing, you said in one of your reviews that if we cancel we have to give you half the appointment money, so what compensation did you give me nothing and it cost me £160 for petrol and a days holiday not to mention my dads time, its bad customer service

Hannah was so welcoming and friendly. Went through everything she was going to do. Couldn't fault her.

I recently had a back wax at wildflower. It was fab! Hannah was fantastic and knew exactly what was she doing, the room was perfect, comfortable and warm, clean and very well kitted out, I shall definitely come back for another treatment. Thank you.
