Hannah Louise Wagner is a NMC Registered Nurse with membership in ACE Group World (Aesthetic Complications Experts) & JCCP (Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners). Hannah prides herself on attention to detail, and aims to exceed the expectations of every client she has. She wants clients to feel comfortable in their own skin, so she takes great pride in advising people on how to improve their appearance in a responsible way. Hannah has been working in the beauty and aesthetic industry since opening the business in August 2021. Her post-graduate nursing experience includes emergency care, as well as forensic and legal medicine. Wildflower Beauty & Aesthetics is a small Beauty and Aesthetics business operating in Lemington, Newcastle Upon Tyne. We provide many treatments, such as Dermal Filler, Facials, Waxing, and much more. We are close to local bus routes and have free street parking available outside and within a short distance of the salon. We believe in treating everyone with compassion and kindness, and are proud to say we are LGBTQ+ community friendly. All products used are vegan friendly, and we are a wheelchair-accessible salon. We have toilet access within the salon, and we are happy to cater to individuals with neurodiversity who would like a silent appointment (we just ask for clients to put this in the appointment notes section on the booking so we can be aware prior to the appointment time). We provide free consultations with Hannah for all treatments to ensure they are the best choice for our customers' needs.

Hannah did my lips and nasolabial folds yesterday and made me feel incredibly relaxed. She talked through the procedure and the after care very thoroughly. I was nervous about any discomfort but the whole procedure was absolutely fine and nothing to fear. She has done a great job and I can't wait to see the final results. I highlt recommend her and I will definitely be returning.

As we said on the day: You contacted us and gave us an hour only to reply before cancelling your voucher. You wanted a same day appointment but we advised this couldn't be accommodated and threw out your dummy. I advise in the future at this busy time of year not to leave appointments until last minute as most beauty and aesthetic services are very busy. As advised also, your money is with wowcher and not ourselves. With how you spoke to us and how you were not understanding we are quite happy to not have customers such as yourselves. This review says more about yourself than our award winning business. Kind regards.

Perfect treatment!

Dermaplaning facial

I tried to change an appointment and I lost my my groupon voucher then I was charged £14 so lost £26 in total and received nothing be very careful people there are more trusted businesses out there! I feel very robbed! Just be careful when you book your appointment the owner not very understanding!

Good evening, as discussed via email, you tried to rearrange the appointment at 23:00 the night before your appointment. You did not contact us, you just booked a new appointment. We tried to contact you and did not hear from you, then in line with our cancellation policy, you lost the voucher (the cancellation policy is agreed at the time you book your appointment). You then failed to cancel your rearranged appointment, again, despite multiple appointment reminders, contacting us the day before. After we had already explained the cancellation policy to you. We understand this might be frustrating to you, however it has also been frustrating for us to loose out on money due to late cancellation slots which could not be filled and no-show appointments where again someone else could have attended. It is unfortunately because of individuals such as yourself which is why we have had to make the difficult decision of putting these policies in place and sticking to them because as a small business, loss of revenue can have a huge impact. I hope now you have a little more understanding as to why you were charged. Kindest regards.
