Products are cheap crap from Aliexpress that are marked up a ridiculous amount. Customer service and delivery times are pathetic. Don’t waste your time or money.

I cannot believe this. I had a terrible experience with Wilder : orderd a couch more then 6 months ago, did not receive anythi'g and they are not responding to my emails anymore, over more then 2 months now. AND NOW they are trying to take my bad review down?! And not only mine, I saw they reported every bad review.. WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM WILDER

Never sent me the order. I placed an order in August, I've sent them email after email and not once have I gotten an explanation, they just reply with more questions but never ever ever tell me when they will give me a refund or where the table I paid for is.... I'm just so tired of their CRAP!!!! Do not order with them, I know it looks cool stuff but they are incompetent FRAUDS. It's been over 3 months and not once have I received an update after the first conformation email. Awful awful company. Incompetent. Thieves. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!!!

Update, they reacted that they "sent me the order" and I still have NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING!!! This is outrageous, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

Items never arrive. Company sends generic copied and pasted emails when you ask for an update about your order. They claim they can not provide a tracking code due to issue with their shop app. They are scammers, and this business has been reported to the ACCC. I recommend for any people who have purchased from this company to dispute the transaction with your bank.

I would leave 0 stars if I was given the option.

This “business” is a joke!
I could write a 10 page essay on how awful this company/scam is but in a nutshell, they take your money then ghost you. They are exhausting to deal with. No responses until you ask for a refund, then they get nasty. After 6 weeks of continuous attempts to contact them, get 1 item out of 2. The waffle blanket is a Chinese knockoff, terrible quality and is shrink wrapped that much it was a mess. I messaged 2 days ago AGAIN, asking for a refund for the cushion I didn’t get and have been ignored again. I will be contacting Consumer Affairs as i have no remorse for people to rip others off.
Spend your money with a company that give you what you paid for and actually have customer service!!

I agree with the other posters on this site- do not buy from them. I sent an email to inquire about when my order will be shipped. 5 days later, no response so I emailed again advising them this is the second email. Like other reviews they said there "having some issues with the Shop APP tracking not updating correctly so it may be a case that both orders have been sent" I then receive the exact same response on the original email. (so copied and pasted)3 days later, I try calling their fake mobile number, leave a voice mail to contact me about my order and then emailed them again to advise the tracking number or refund me. Again, they copied & pasted the same response for the 3rd time and then tell me it takes 18-28 days to arrive. Your website says "orders will be processed 1-5 business days after purchase" and "orders are estimated to be delivered within 7-21 days"
I feel for those who have ordered goods worth hundreds of dollars!
I will be disputing with my bank and seeking legal avenues. This is a scam, do not order from them.
Update; are you really replying with asking me for my order number?? It’s on the email. You know very well what my details are. How is it we as consumers have no rights? This is beyond a joke. Don’t play dumb!

Order arrived after a very long delay and frustrating communications. I thought I had been scammed, but my order finally arrived.

Meine Bestellung wurde fast 2 Monate nach dem Kauf immer noch nicht geliefert.

Stehe mittlerweile im Kontakt mit der Firma und der Mitarbeiter sucht nur nach Ausreden, beschwert sich bei mir das er täglich 16 Stunden arbeiten muss und wird auch noch frech und will mich belehren, dass Sie nur ein kleines Unternehmen wären und die Masse an Bestellungen nicht händeln können.

Was hat das denn bitte alles mit mir zu tun?

Ich bin nur ein Kunde, der seine Bestellung in einem angemessenem Zeitrahmen erhalten möchte - alles andere ist mir völlig egal.

Angeblich wurde meine Sendung von mir abgeholt, was nicht stimmt. Nach Rücksprache mit der Post wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die von Wilder Home übermittelte Sendungsnummer nicht zu meiner Adresse passt.

Also ist scheinbar auch beim Liefern etwas schief gelaufen.

After no response to multiple emails website and Instagram posts.
After ignoring my request to cancel.
After ignoring my request for refund.

Two bean bags have (finally) arrived.

Per my message weeks ago, the delays / timeline and terrible communication meant we had to choose alternate supplier and have no need for your product now that they have eventually arrived.

Still chasing refund.
Have two empty bags I have no use for.

Still waiting on my order (#15618) seems to be a scam. They seem to be using the same excuses that other people are mentioning. So upset as the shop is expensive and now I doubt they will refund. Will be taking this further.

Edit to your reply: nope I have not received my order?? Please email me. The tracking number you have provided (finally) is not with AusPost. They have confirmed this to me - see screenshots attached where you state my tracking number “apparently with Aus post” and them confirming it is not.

This company is disgusting . I don’t know how they are still operating! I ordered my products back in April and have not received an item. They would not refund my money , lucky for me however I took this further and contacted my bank! I advise everyone else to do so. From what I can see , the owner is trying to use the excuse she just gave birth, are we suppose to be tolerable of no refunds and no items just because she had a baby?! She’s also mentioned about being scammed by PayPal. When In fact she’s doing the scamming and PayPal is probably just working on refunding everyone their orders! Disgusting way to run a business and don’t shame other small businesses by putting your self in their catergory! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

It's a spam. Ordered a pair of slippers back in June and we're now almost in November, still haven't received anything. Been going back and forth with customer service, first they said there were shipping delays, then they said they were going to send out a new pair, still nothing!

The customer service kept trying to play the "we're a small business, please bear with us" card, however this is not how one should run a business.

Asked for a refund with no luck either.

Stay away from this website!!

I placed a $722 order on 24-Sep & none of it has been shipped, ready to cancel the order via my bank.
Customer service is also crap, takes them days to get back to me via email AND last email from them apologizing was 10 days ago...crickets...just not good enough tbh.

Let me guess Mish, you “can’t find my details in their system”. Like I’ve told them in countless emails and Instagram messages my order is #15275. I have tried every method to engage with this company and they have either ignored me or made vague excuses of why they can’t send my order. They’re now ignoring my requests for a refund. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying something from this company to reconsider.

Habe am 30. Juni ein Regal bestellt. Nachdem sich ein Monat lang niemand gemeldet hat, habe ich per Instagram geschrieben. Es hieß die Ware wird versendet. Am 23.9. hieß es, die Ware wurde versendet und die Versanddaten würden "am Montag" aktualisiert werden. Ich weiß ja nicht, was "am Montag" heißt, aber heut ist der 21.10. und ich habe weder Versanddaten, noch die Ware erhalten. Auf Emails wird auch nicht mehr reagiert. Ich habe jetzt eine Reklamation bei meiner Bank eingereicht.
Stand 11.11.23: es gab eine erneute Rückmeldung am 30.10., die Ware sei tatsächlich versendet worden und man Update die Versanddaten. Bis heute sind weder Versanddaten noch Ware eingetroffen.
Stand 06.12.23: keine Ware und auch kein Tracking Update erhalten. Stattdessen hat der Shop versucht die Bewertung entfernen zu lassen, ich konnte aber meinen Kauf gegenüber Trustpilot nachweisen.
01.01.24: ich wurde bei Instagram geblockt.
Update 13.1.24:
Es kam ein Shipping Update rein, angeblich wurde meine Sendung am 12.1. - fast 7 Monate nach meiner Bestellung versendet. Sollte das Regal noch ankommen fress ich n Besen.
25.1. Ganze 209 Tage nach der Bestellung kam heut das Regal an. Da ich mittlerweile mein Wohnzimmer eingerichtet habe, habe ich keine Verwendung mehr dafür. Das Regal ist in Ordnung und war gut verpackt. Nichts destotrotz bleibt die Bewertung bei einem Stern. Wer 209 Tage Lieferzeit hat, hat nichts anderes verdient.

I had ordered 2x orders (#14159 and #14277) mid April that did not arrive for months. After emailing them every few months to receive an update on the progress of my order I received a reply from them saying my order was on its way and there were major delays and tracking issues. Now almost end of October I have found out on my own that both my orders had been cancelled in August and I was not notified at all, nor did I receive a refund. My previous emails to them in the past few weeks have also been left unanswered.

I have been told by friends who have ordered with them before that they do eventually send the order despite delays, but this has proven to be incorrect and I feel deeply disappointed. I will not be ordering from them again.

I’m addicted to Wilder Home, everything they sell is so fun and such a vibe!! I get non stop compliments on all my pieces from their shop, if you want to add some funky pieces with character to your home then I highly recommend having a look. Ordering was easy and fast too and every interaction I’ve had with staff has been lovely!

I was a customer of Pop Wilder a few years back and was always happy with the service I received, given this I had no questions ordering through their new store Wilder Home.

I placed an order on August 15th for a lamp, after 2 weeks of not receiving any tracking details i reached out for an update. I was promptly advised there were issues with tracking but my order had been sent out and I would receive a number soon. Another week went by and I reached out again for another update, expressing that it was odd I hadn’t yet received my item given I also live in Melbourne. Mish responded advising that it’s coming from the warehouse in Malaysia and they would send the tracking code asap.

After a month of hearing nothing, I stumbled across reviews from other customers experiencing the same issue with their order so I reached out again noting that they are now out of their shipping policy timeframes and expressed my concern that I was starting to believe I would not actually receive my order and would like to request a refund.

It appears the moment you mention a refund, you will be ignored because I have not receive a response since sending this email on September 28th. I have tried to call the multiple mobile numbers to speak to someone and they immediately go to voicemail.

While I have given the store the benefit of the doubt for the last 3 months, it is now reasonable to assume this store is running a scam and do not intend on fulfilling customer orders. This is very evident on their social media with loads of deleted comments on posts (presumably from other unsatisfied customers).

My advice to anyone considering ordering from Wilder Home, DON’T.
