even though there was a small delay in the delivery of my Bombay chest , Andrea kept me well informed when it shipped. I was so pleased when it arrived. The Bombay chest is so beautiful and a lovely accent with extra storage . The quality is top notch!!

We were apprehensive about buying furniture online but purchase was easy. Swing looks great. Good quality. Arrived ready to hang.

Quality was poor. I didn’t realize it until I had thrown out the box and had someone hang the cabinet that the doors were crooked and there was a dark spot on the white wash cabinet.

What I ordered was exactly as it is presented on their website. Great quality. I have other purchases to make in the early spring from them.

The order was easy to place. I called them and they helped me over the phone. The furniture came when they said it would and it was beautiful. Came in perfect condition. The driver helped me unbox and move into the room. I would recommend these folks.

Easy to order and product quality is excellent

One of my pieces arrived damaged. They are basically wrapped in cardboard paper very thin. It was kind of shocking to see how little protection the pieces had. For the price that I paid it was very disappointing.

They were amazing! The product is beautiful.

Unfortunately, winter weather arrived earlier than usual so we didn't get a chance to enjoy sitting out on our new furniture but our experience with your personal right through delivery was excellent and at a price that I considered fair.

I purchased white wicker elephant and it was very nice, I rec'd in timely fashion and very versatile piece. I had previously purchased table that was damaged because I find there packaging of items to be insufficient for shipping and can get easily damaged in transport like my table. However this company made good on item and shipped me another. Very Happy. (Nov. 2025)

I've purchased several items over the years from Wicker Warehouse. Products have been high quality and arrived undamaged. This time I needed the contact information to the manufacturer of one of the items sold on their website. Not only would they not give me the information, but the rep was snotty and couldn't have cared less. Sent me a speech about vendors etc and told me to hire someone. This is why people buy from stores like Amazon. They at least have polite reps even if they aren't able to help with the issue. I will not purchase from Wicker Warehouse again. Thank you.

Wicker Warehouse has terrific customer service. I was well informed through the entire process and had a warm and friendly customer service representative assigned to me right away.
There was a short delay in my delivery and I was alerted promptly by phone.
It was a great experience and almost a bonus that I also love my new chairs!
