Attentive staff and quality items!
Although the item I ordered was not immediately available, Wicker Warehouse did give me a timeline on when it would be, and kept me updated on the projected delivery date. It was worth the wait! I am so happy with my purchase, and with the price.

Beautiful bedroom furniture!
We purchased a dresser and headboard and they are absolutely beautiful, so unusual and so well made. I just ordered the nightstands to match!
Also the communication is great - This is such a great business!

Wicker Warehouse (WW) provided a sample…
Wicker Warehouse (WW) provided a sample of the wicker for us to see the actual color and texture of the type of material is used to manufacture their furniture.
WW's selection is extensive and we found exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price.
When we received the chairs we ordered, one rocking chair had a defect in one of the legs and the rocker wouldn't attach. We sent photos of the chair and WW responded by immediately sending us a new chair.
Great products, great selection and wonderful customer service.

Everything arrived in good condition…
Everything arrived in good condition except one of the glass tops didn’t fit correctly. One call & everything was taken care of. They contacted a company close to where I live & all I had to do was pick it up. The people I spoke to at Wicker Warehouse were always knowledgeable & polite. Hard to find in todays world. Highly recommend them!

The whole process was easy and smooth. Delivery was on time and the driver even took the large cardboard boxes away. Wicker chairs are beautiful and we are enjoying them in our sunroom. Thank you Wicker Warehouse for a great product.

Good experience
I ordered a coffee table and 2 end tables. On arrival, the delivery man noticed damage to one end table. He gave me the table but said he would bring a replacement in 3 weeks. It arrived on time. Everyone I worked with was pleasant and helpful and the furniture is beautiful. My only complaint is their ordering system is outdated! We're all used to being able to order and pay online nowadays.
