I have been on hold for over 1 hour and position 1 in queue for 30 of those minutes. I don't know what on earth is going on but you need to sort your phone staff out. It is only a 5 minute query that I want to ask too!!

Had a little trouble with sending all required documents to wicked quotes but they were very understanding and helped me with my non ability of modern technology.
I found that this was extremely helpful and glad I chose them to insure me.

Avoid this company. They are no good to deal with whatever. Will 'steal' your money .

Customer services is great! and they are highly competitive in my experience. Best quote 2 years in a row

I tried 3 times to contact the office for advice, each time I was on hold for over a hour and finally get through the phone goes dead. Also the phone operators was very unhelpful with my enquiries, I ended up cancelling my policy and moving to another company. I would highly recommend not using this company it’s more of a scam to take your money and run. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I'm insured with them and am on the phone right now trying to get through to ask a question about my cover. It's been 47 minutes so far and I've come down from position 10 in the queue to position 2. That's a really bad call answer stat. I hope the actual service when I get through is worth it!

Insured by them, rang to get a quote on a new bike, 5 calls all over 30mins wait and never answered! Very frustrating!
So I thought try email, found my original documents and emailed my queries.
Next morning a lovely lady called Elise rang me to discuss my requirements.
After 15 minutes, new bike insured, all questions answered.
Given 4 stars as the phone calling was not good!
5 stars for Elise.

You do need to give lots of info but they are easy and polite people to deal with. Great price and very helpful with all my questions. 5 star in my book

I liked that they where the cheapest and that I could stay with the same insurance company for another year.
I dislike the fact that you have to send the your drivers license every time and all the other documents even though you are with the same company for another year.
What is this nonsense with the license thing anyway. Very annoying,makes me want to stop riding motorcycles.

Appalling company just out to scam people my husband purchased motorbike insurance (1st bike) filled in form no no claims as he hadn’t had bike insurance before asked about car insurance he said he has 9plus years ncb sent them code to look at dvla record they sent him a letter to say they were still waiting receive it rang after 55 mins in queue to be told they hadn’t had it and they would be cancelling his policy as he hadn’t filled in form correctly - will be taking legal action as they kept over half of the policy premium

My renewal quote came through and I needed to amend and check. So I called their contact number - ITS A PREMIUM LINE NUMBER!!! Waited 45 mins and then they cut me off. Repeated the next day and the same - Waited 45mins plus to be again cut off. Eventually got through on the third day and got my renewal cancelled.

Now have been hit with £30+ phone bill to the premium line contact number - what a rip off - avoid at all costs, support line is rubbish and takes over an hour to get through - and they charge you £15 for the privilege of waiting

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I took out cover on my ZZR1200 but was unable to get my proof of no claims from my previous insurer (MCE) because they’ve gone bust. As a result they decided not to cover me. They just informed me I owe them £47.00 cancellation fee. I’ve already paid them £50.00 for two week’s insurance already. They are rip off merchants. I wish I’d read the reviews on Trustpilot before approaching this company.

I was directed to the "Wicked Quotes " website after using the Motor Cycle News insurance comparison website as "Wicked Quotes" offered me the most competitive insurance deal -BUT T.B.H Im now finding out that it was cheap for a reason !!, because its a terrible, terrible company to deal with and their service is just shocking !! !! as a new customer they want to know everything about you (just stopping short of asking what you had eaten for breakfast !! )and they want to see EVERY CONCIVIBLE bit of documentation you have !
and after all this documentation was forwarded to them by 5 (!!!) e-mails ,it was never enough ,and at one point ,it was even suggested to forward my personal national insurance number to wicked quotes !! they continually asked for more and more information whilst threatening to cancel my policy if all this extra documentation was not provided !! and after trying to contact them on numerous occasions and at different times by phone ,to discuss things -you ALWAYS seemed to be either number 4/5or 6 in the que to speak to a advisor which usually resulted in a wait of OVER 45 minutes (at one point I was just "cut -off " whilst waiting !! ) !!! I did start to think that they were scammers !! so-all-in-all there is NO WAY I would recommend or ( knowing just what I know now !! ) deal this company !! the transition to "Wicked Quotes " from my previous insurance company was far ,far from pleasant, smooth and easy ! I shudder to think just what they would be like to deal with If I was unfortunate enough to make a claim !! so-good people ADVOID this company at all costs !! I had to give them just 1 star as I was unable to give them a
"zero" star!!

Received a great quote for fully comp. motorcycle insurance from them after my previous insurer decided to increase my premium by £100 for some inexplicable reason, even though I've been with them for a number of years without claiming. On the initial policy I had made a genuine mistake with my NCB by 1 year. I rang them up the following day to explain and they rectified this and waived any admin charges. The only slight issue I had was with providing proof of my NCB. I originally sent what I thought was one of the documents they require (renewal quote from my previous insurer) which stated my NCB. However, I received an email back informing me this was not adequate. This could be a misunderstanding on my part as I've never switched companies before. However, I asked my old insurers to send me a NCB certificate, which I forwarded on and received a reply within a couple of hours stating that this was satisfactory and my policy will continue.

I have read some of the comments from others on here, who appear to have had poor service from their staff via the telephone. My personal experience couldn't be more different. The staff I have spoken to have been very polite and helpful.

Avoid at any cost. Went to save a few pounds over other reputable insurers.
Insured my motorbike and the next day called them to see why my bike is showing as not insured on MID. They run through my details and they said there is an error which they were unable to correct and they had to cancel my policy.
They charged me 50£ for 20 hours policy. Its a scam. AVOID

I affected motorcycle insurance within the period of insurance I asked for laid up cover, this was not available, the company tried to help but the insurers they had placed me with would not cover my bike. So if you need laid up cover don't affect a policy with these guys.

Asked for information regards to NCB etc, all information HAS BEEN EMAILED over but still received reminders regards to this information I had apparently not sent.

They have now cancelled my insurance and have demanded £30 from me, close this company down it’s a fraud!

Mis sold policy which did not suit my needs. Told I would not get a refund if I cancelled after 15 days. Was talked over by a 12 year old reading off a screen at 100 mph. Told they would pay out market value based on not history for a HISTORIC vehicle. No mot required for a historic vehicle. Insurance actually provided by LVE. Total dissatisfaction. STAY AWAY FROM THIS 3RD PARTY CON.

I needed to start a claim. Phoned the claims number. After waiting 2 hours the line went dead. I don't think anyone works in the claims department. Shockingly bad.
