La velocidad de internet está influenciada tanto por el cable que emplee el usuario, la ubicación del router si funciona por WiFi, la red a la que se conecte, el servidor al que intenta conectarse, etc. Rogamos que contacte al 958 570 202 para tratar de solucionar su incidencia.

Wow! Having had a phone line and internet with Telefoncia for over ten years, who repeatedly told me that my area was unsuitable for fibre and there was no way they could increase my internet speeds ... I saw a Wiber van in the local town, so gave them a call (not expecting very much).
They came to install fibre two days later. For the last few years I have had incredibly fast internet, a fixed IP address, 100 or so channels of TV and a fixed phone line for 1/3rd the cost of Telefonica.
What is more, I even have customer service. Companies are often best judged by what they do when things go wrong. Two days ago there was a fire nearby, and my internet went. I phoned Wiber to find out what was going on ... and wait for this ... I did not spend 10 minutes pressing options on my key pad, nor spend 30 minutes on hold; I spoke to a real human being with 30 seconds of calling. That real human being explained the problem and told me that they had people on the ground working on mending the damage to the cable. I then received a text, to update me on progress. And just after midnight, everything came back up. Full marks.
I can heartily recommend Wiber.es. This level of customer care is almost unheard of these days!

He sido cliente de Wiber y tengo su conexión Wimax ya 6 meses. El problema con este tipo de conexiones es a menudo que tienes que pagar mucho dinero por una velocidad de Internet baja, in comparación con las velocidades significativamente más altas que ofrecen las conexiones de fibra. Como no hay fibra en mi zona de residencia, me veo obligado a optar por proveedores que ofrecen 4g como Vodafone. Movistar, etc. o la otra alternativa, una conexión Wimax. La gran desventaja de estas conexiones (4G) no es la velocidad que ofrecen, sino los precios increíblemente altos que cobran por internet limitado al mes. Wiber es la primera empresa de la región en ofrecer 30 Mbps de velocidad por poco menos de 20,00 € al mes. Y en contraste con la mayoridad de proveedores 4g: ilimitado que es muy importante para mi. Es un precio realmente bueno, pero lo más importante: ofrecen una conexión muy estable y fiable. Tuve 1 o 2 fallas durante los fines de semana, pero aún así tienen buena accesibilidad y los problemas se toman realmente en serio y se resuelven rápidamente. Para mi el mejor proveedor de Wimax en la Costa Tropical
