Quick, reliable delivery of really exceptional tasting cheese

Really really good cheese! Highly recommend!

Excellent quality cheeses, prompt order processing and despatch, good choice of couriers (Royal Mail) for our remote location and impeccable packaging to ensure protection from climate and impact.

A friend recommended the amazing cheese which I followed up on. Did not disappoint, great selection and description of individual cheese and delivery box well prepared and packaged. Will be ordering again.

Customer service was brilliant. I ordered cheese as a birthday present, but didn’t find a place to put in an slyernstove delivery address, so I emailed asking it to be sent to another address, order was changed immediately with no fuss, and delivered on the correct date. Cheese was good too

I was really pleased with all my cheese from White Lake. It is truly authentic. I am not easily pleased when it comes to cheese but that is mainly on account of the generally average stuff the supermarkets sell,
White Lake sell wonderful tasty 'real' wholesome cheese and I am happy to be supporting an English supplier. Normally I buy from Spain and Italy.

As a regular customer for 5 years I find the cheese delicious, the website easy to use and the service great.

I came home this pm from an overnight stay ( planned around delivery). The Cheese was in my safe place, but delivery a day or 2 later than arranged by APC.
Unseasonably the outdoor temp was 10 degrees C here today. The cheeses were warmer than ambient and ice-packs the same temp. Put straight in fridge at home.
This is the second time delivery has been delayed by APC, then a forward franchise with DELSOL in Chester locally.
If delivery cannot be fulfilled as promised by APC, would there be other more reliable solutions?
We all have busy lives, but don't want to have a wasted purchases due to poor delivery of perishable goods.
I am hoping you can reassure me that the cheeses will be fit for human consumption by the Best Before dates as a couple looked a bit "squidy" in their packaging.-Shilling (2/2/26) and Burrow Mump (2/3/26) -both at the top of the parcel as it was delivered and in direct sunlight.
I intend to serve some of the cheeses at a belated Burns Night Celebration Party on Thursday 30/1/26 and then store the rest for myself in a timely manner.
There shall be a few elderly people at the party and I don't want to kill them off!

I was fourthly not all farm shops do at a price with delivery that would suit any customer who knows what and in stock both no problem delivery next day delivery for the date have wanted your delivery was the day you expected with lots of ice to make sure it' me as left at price you will find hard to beat do maths with price you want you will be rewarded thank you

The cheese is lovely and we'll definitely buy again. Unfortunately delivery was delayed by a few days-it should have arrived on a Friday but came the following Monday instead. Due to the excellent packaging the cheese was still cool and ok to eat however. Next time we order we'll do so at the start of the week.
